Rip off
I received invoice for four tolls plus unpaid toll fees even though I had a registered Pay By Plate with a valid credit card number. My email account and cell phone number was on my account. I received no invoices or alerts that I had used the tollway and had unpaid charges until unpaid fees were due. Why wasn’t the tolls paid automatically with the registered credit card???? I am an infrequent user of the tollway. Your website does allow me to get a text as a reminder that I have a toll invoice.

Switching from Pay by Plate to IPass
Has been a very poor experience. Originally just payed by plate, which takes too long to process any fees to display on the account when I attempt to pay for them.
First it shows I have no tolls to pay, the weeks later receive an envelope in the mail saying I’ve got to pay a fine for late payment.
Next, I purchase an ipass transponder and have made at least two or three phone calls attempting to resolve the issue to switch my account to ipass without success.
Lastly, when attempting to log in to the ipass app it states it recognizes my account is pay by plate, then when I click the button it states my account is closed.

You have it noted on your site that Georgia will be added in the fall of 2021. I have asked for updates numerous times only to get a generic response. Please give more current information.

Nothing worked and had to go to website.

Good first cut, needs some work still
Solid effort, clean UX. Hopefully more refinement iteration over time. Consider dropping the security question for passkey support. Maybe support providing account info from another toll authority for pay by plate billing instead of credit card for transponder misreads/misses. Looking forward to improved versions!

The app is not showing anithing
Since the last update, when I execute the all, it make the login with the FaceID and stays in the blue screen without allowing any interaction. Any menu, any option, it’s just like if the app was just a photo of a blue background with a photo of the highway and the logo and thats all. I’ve uninstall the app and install it again with identical results. Please fix this.

Good at first
Was good at first my tolls were getting paid automatically, and then out of nowhere I had to do it manually long story short I paid 3 times for the same toll way and it still doesn’t want to go awayyyyyy but yeah they took my money happily. Very disappointed they didn’t even send me a receipt which they usually do right away. So now I have to contact my bank and told them that the app STOLE FROM ME thanks a lot

Time Zone Change Flaw
Beware if you live in a different time zone!
Specific time and date was entered to cover tolls for a rented vehicle. The Illinois system apparently converted the time entered, which was pacific daylight time on my page to Central Daylight time on the Illinois tollway system page. This represents a 2 hour difference. This was not communicated. So on my page 3:00PM was displayed and on the Illinois tollway page they apparently saw 5:00PM and this is what was being used by the system. The result was one the tolls incurred was missed and sent to the rental car company who in turn sent the toll to us with a hefty fine.

Paying tolls
There needs to be a way to easily pay missed tolls older than 14 days either on the APP or online. Stop making things so difficult just so you can get increased income from penalties! Or maybe people will just stop driving on your dang toll road or coming to Chicago/Illinois at all. 😡

Pay by Plate & IPass Transponder must recognize if the car is equipped with Transponder or not & must have only 1-account to make transactions for payment in the Tollway app.
Currently I have to set up 2 accounts, 1 for a pay by plate & 1 with the IPass transponder
