Elhers Danlos & hypermobility BIBLE it’s awesome

The instructor is very well educated and current in her research and the community is supportive and kind.
There is no better app on the market.
I highly recommend 5 stars all the way 🥰

Jeannie is our Yoga with Adrienne

TZC has been the greatest resource, community, and support system I could have asked for throughout my diagnostic process. I’m so grateful to Jeannie. Her cues are like she’s in the room with you, and there are classes for every day and every level.

Life changing app

This app is incredible, it has helped
me learn how to move pain free and how to understand what is best for my hypermobile body. Thanks for such a good mix of classes x

Thank you - this is such great feedback.

Just brilliant

This is my second year of being a member of the Zebra Club and it’s fabulous. Jeannie’s methods have helped me enormously as I’ve learnt so much and realised that traditional Pilates was actually not so great as I was constantly going beyond “normal” range (because I could) so not really helping my joints at all! Through Zebra Club, I now know that less is more, that’s it’s okay to feel good one day and rubbish the next and lots of things are improving - my husband says my core strength is better and my friends have noticed that I walk better - all through following the classes. The Zebra Club is honestly the best club I’ve ever joined and I love the online community where you can get advice and ask questions too. Sometimes it’s just reassuring to read that someone else has the same issues as you so you know it’s just another thread of being hypermobile. So thankful to Jeannie for setting this up.

We're so happy you are enjoying and benefiting from The Zebra Club so much. Thank you for taking the time to review us.

The Zebra Club is fantastic!

I’ve been loving the exercises on the Zebra Club! There’s a great variety for strength, pain management, sleep, and more. The Zebras community is wonderful too. It is a supportive place where people help and encourage each other. The advice that people share is the most helpful I’ve found outside of my own pain specialist and PT. I’m so glad I found the Zebra Club (I saw Jeannie present at a recent EDS Society conference). This app has made a huge difference in my quality of life, and I highly recommend it!

From pain and fear to Grace

Since finally getting an official EDS diagnosis last year ( at 50) I can't express how grateful I am for The Zebra Club. Jeannie di Bon's , Integral Movement Method is saving me. This is the only method that my body understands and responds to ( as opposed to what I currently have access to as a disabled person in traditional PT environments) Not only is my body finally understanding itself, my psyche is finding calm too. I can't tell you how many times the logistics of physically getting to physical therapy threw me in a flare before I could even attempt PT. I was so frustrated and hope -waned until the Zebra Club. I can afford it 💪, even though I'm on very fixed income, my body loves it and I finally feel some hope i can learn to safely understand my body and how it moves. I'm feeling stronger at 50, than I ever did bracing incessantly in my 20s while attending New World School of the Arts and quitting due to incessant injuries I didn't understand. I'm a Zebra 🦓 Club lifer now. Thank you, Jeannie Di Bon.

Love

I love this app. Great support system community environment. Videos are great and easy to follow.

Amazing & accessible resource for people with hypermobility

I wish more providers knew to encourage their patients to join the zebra club. It’s a great resource, and so much more financially accessible than most options for people with HSD/hEDS. (I live in the US; many patients have limits on the number of PT visits and copays are often a barrier.)

It’s very helpful to have so many different videos of guided exercises to choose from depending on what you need, where you can watch and do the movements along with Jeannie as she guides you in how to do the movement to stay in a safe range.

Invaluable resource

Jeannie’s passion, commitment and knowledge to helping improve the pain levels and their quality of life comes across in everything she does and is incapsulated in this app.

The community support within the app is worth the expense itself but nothing can put a price of the wealth of knowledge Jeannie shares and the difference this can and will make to your EDS journey.

My pain levels went from a daily 8/9 and combined with an anti inflammatory diet, pilates has taken this down to an average 3/4 which I never thought possible.

Would absolutely recommend from the bottom of my Zebra heart!!!

Thank you from our Zebra heart too for your wonderful feedback.

Wow it’s expensive

And no free trial or anything. The sound button on the intro vid doesn’t even work which doesn’t bode well for app reliability. Most fitness apps will give you a 7 day free trial or else have one series of videos that are free to everyone. Not great to prey on economically vulnerable populations.
