Designed to Fail
The app is so bad that it almost feels like the developers purposefully designed it so that you can’t add a payment method. This app should be illegal it’s so deliberately bad. This level of crooked customer service is what happens when an essential resource for modern life is controlled by companies that care more about profits and ignoring problems more than they care about delivering a good service. This app is worse than the structure of that last sentence . It’s bad. But you have no choice so download it I guess and hope you don’t get penalized for failure to make an impossible payment.

Logs me out every month
Every month it automatically logs me out despite having stay signed in checked. Now it won’t even let me login. Says my password I use for everything is incorrect and on top of that when I request to change password it won’t send me the link to my email. How am I supposed to pay my bill when y’all won’t give me a way to pay it? Calling does nothing but says my phone number isn’t in the system and since I can’t log into my account i can’t access my account number. You’d think a company as profitable as the electric industry would have the resources to have a proper web development team

Now they’re charging Us a $2.99 Fee to pay them??? Why?? Really just milk Us for every penny!!! Now We pay for peak time energy, We pay for regular energy, We also pay for them to send energy to Our homes, Not forgotten the extreme taxes and fees!!! To add don’t be late then We have to pay a late fee Too!!! All this on one bill!!??? Really,? The Cost of Energy, as well as Gas, and Water too, are through the roof. These bills can cost more than food, and that’s high too. Now a extra cost to pay you our money?!? When will it end??? It’s NOT getting better, it’s getting Worse!!!

Good App Ran By Greed
This app was perfect. Just add your credit card to the app, see your statement, and call it good. However, due to them deciding to be greedy and want access to your personal savings they removed credit cards. They blame it on card fees, but they can afford the small fee card companies charge them or worked better to provide the consumers better options. It is utterly sad that they are so money hungry that they are forcing users to only be able to pay with direct pay to your online checking which is proven to be less secure and can lead to identity theft; it is what it is. All these companies are greedy and I won’t be surprised when they start charging you for the convenience of paying them money like my city bill. App works but it signs you out too much. Definitely one of the better working utility app.

Glitch needs to be fixed!
I cannot find a place to actually report this issue, as App Support just takes me to the website home page.
First time this glitch happened to me was two months ago. I went to make a payment, chose how much I wanted to pay and submitted it. The system did not follow my choice of payment amount, but rather, the minimum due. This was Less than what I was trying to pay!! I had to make another payment to pay the full amount intended! Annoying but not a big problem, til now.
NOW it is a big problem, when it happened to me again today because Now you are charging us for using our Bank cards on each payment. So today after correcting the glitch of it switching back to minimum due, and submitting payment, and it shows I STILL only paid the minimum, I’m stuck with my payment short because I am not paying another $2+ fee to pay immediately from the bank! (Yes, I want the money paid from the account right away, not give my bank account info and wait 3 days for you to finally pull the funds) There shouldn’t Be a fee from the bank debit card!! There shouldn’t be a fee on top of your already exorbitant fees!
Either way, the app needs fixed immediately, to take and process a payment as intended!!! Oh and need actual app support so we can report issues to your company!

The company that bait and switches it's customers
Lost power? Dont worry your small children will love 96·F heat (outside). Got food in that refrigerator? This app will lie to you stating each passing day that your power will be restored by the next day! When the next day comes it will update with your power being turned on the next next day. Once you've reached the point that you're defeated by lies and their ill preparedness, youll starve until payday and then pay your $400 energy bill instead of buying groceries for the refrigerator that still has no power. Thanks for lying every single time my neighborhood loses your woeful services.
