Changed payment method per requirement

When I added a checking account and made it primary method and then removed debit card, the app removed my automatic payment. Had to go back in and add automatic payment back to all services

Works good, just missing 1 feature

Love using the app. Would be great if they allowed you to see energy use for the current month - it takes you to the website instead.

No heating credit

When I lived in lower Michigan, I got a heating credit every year have not got one up here in three years. Electricity is been out multiple times. They just now this year are applying credits which doesn’t help me from the previous last year of losing a refrigerator full of groceries.

I Was Finally Able to Print

I wrote a review earlier but only gave 3 stars. I then downloaded the app again and it had a print icon. I love the phone apps and this one works very well. πŸ‘πŸ»

β€œPast due” through no fault of my own

I’ve turned auto-pay on, I don’t know how many times, because my bills keep on being past due even though my auto payment never goes through. Would rate lower if I could.

Do not install this latest ver. it locked up my up to date iPad

Today, per CE instructions, I updated the CE all from apple app store, paid my monthly bill but this ver of your software locked up my fully up to date iPadOS and was forced to shut down my iPad Pro TWICE, before I was able to fully and completely shut down this faulty CE app. I will now delete the app and await notification from CE that they have fixed the app before I ever install it again. I hope in the future you will more completely TEST the app before release.

Bill Pay

While I really like the app it would be very helpful to change the date of payment when you go on here to pay your bill. I like to pick a pay ahead date and not only choose the day I happen to get in her and look at it.

Energy usage

I am so disappointed because I have not been able to monitor my daily energy usage for the entire month. For the price I pay on a fixed income, I should be able to see it.

Daily usage

Would like to be able to see my daily usage. The DTE app has this feature. I didn’t need an app to pay my bill and report an outage. Not very useful if you trying to follow your daily usage.
