App is set up horribly they show the due date of the next months payment instead of the due date of the payment thatโ€™s supposed to be made

You need to add the Energy Use Dashboard, otherwise I might just as well go to the website.

The website oven corrupted. Having a hard time recovering the information. It happened many times and I have to reboot my phone to start it again.

Wanted the energy dashboard

Doesnโ€™t include all elements of the online portal. Specifically the residential energy dashboard

Of all the problems Iโ€™ve had You came out to fix the problems as when I smelled a gas leak n it was determined the gas stove has the problem. As my bill . I try keeping the heat set to where Iโ€™m very comfortable n seeing my bill Iโ€™m happy

App not working

Just installed the app and tried to create an account. I got all the way through entering my info and then the app just stalled. Made a second attempt and the same thing happened. This is just crappy!!!

Always thinking

I donโ€™t know what happened but this is a mess of an app , it updated a while ago and now it wonโ€™t let me sign in all it wants to do is give an error message!
