This app is great

Doesn’t work

I try to keep it log in because if I don’t and I want to look at it, it will log me out and if I’m not under Wi-Fi it won’t work. When I try again under my wi-fi, I have to delete the app and re-download the app

not satisfied in the least

this app does not let me create an account unless i send in personal documents. it is the dumbest thing i have ever heard of. i called them and they told me those documents absolutely needed to be sent in otherwise they delete accounts, and now my power is probably going to shut off in the next week or so.

It won’t let me create an account

Don’t work

I’m a customer of consumers power in this app will not let me register and will not let me in so I wish I could give it a really lower than one but Apple only lets me go to one so try again consumers this is a waste of app space

Terrible

Honestly after reading the reviews I believe they’ve filtered them. This app is horrific. It’s unbearable to use, slow, the UI is laggy and buggy, and the login screen doesn’t work half the time. I have Face ID enabled and it reads my face but never logs me in. I have to still type out my information and then once I’m signed in it signs me out due to “inactivity” when I’ve only JUST logged in. Awful awful awful. Will not use again.
