Just forever loads. Considering the amount of money they pull in you would think they could maintain a decent app.

So, several months ago I got an email encouraging me to download your app. I did. However, the reason I downloaded the app was to track my energy use. I can’t find a way to DO that in the app! It can ONLY be done when you log into the website. So I will be deleting the app since it cannot do what the email said it could do.

Auto payment
Should be able to allow auto payment on or one day before the due date and should not wait until I login and make the payment

An easier way to Rob you
The app is fine. I mean it works as it should. My problem is with Consumers Energy in general. The way they gouge small businesses on energy costs should be illegal. The rates they charge all of us should be regulated. They’ve been allowed to slowly increase our prices every year because they have NO competition anywhere in our area. It’s a freaking joke how much our bills have increased in the passed few years.
