Poorly made

I shouldn’t be surprised the energy monopoly in my area makes a poor app that can’t handle financial transactions so I still have to pay in person. Kudos!

Useless

It would not allow me to get an account! Every time I put in either my name, street, zip code and phone number it would say “error info. is not recognized”. I put in every variation (number, zip, address) and it would not allow me to make an account so I deleted the app. Waste of time!

Frustrating

Every time I try to log in, it says it can’t retrieve my account info. And then the sign out option just forever loads. I have to force close the app.

Needs more

This app really needs a usage report just like the web page. It would be way more convenient to see my usage on my phone.

User friendly

The app is easy to use and very user friendly. However one thing I haven’t been able to figure out is how to set up payment arrangements without going out of the app and going to the website.

No ApplePay!

This app does not support ApplePay!

Can’t ever make a payment

Every time I try to to make a payment on the online it never lets me. There’s always enough in my account and I just really wish they could fix this so I don’t have to go out of my way every time to pay my bill… other than that it’s a nice layer out platform👍

Nice app

Easy to use and understand. Recommended

App doesn’t work

No matter how I tried to register for a login it just kept giving me a error message and advised calling the company for help, which I did and only got put on eternal hold, and when selecting their callback feature so I wouldn’t have to be on hold I never got a call back from them so I deleted this crappie app.

A good start needs work!

The app looks great and responds well. For some reason my bill payment in app isn’t working so I had to pay on the website.
