Couldn’t be more wrong
I showed a picture of a worm, looking to identify the type, and they said it was a “red ant”. There is a feature in the app that says you can submit to their “experts” if they misdiagnose something. I did that two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing back.
Horrible
I have been trying to request my money back for a week - since I paid the subscription I have been able to open the app twice and now it just crashes. Absolute garbage and a scam. Cannot get in contact with developers
Doesn’t work
Was looking forward to using this app but it crashes as soon as I open it, fix ur app

Crashes on open
App immediately crashes when trying to open. I’ve had a quick view of the identify screen and that’s it.
