Whenever I try to “Pay anyone” it automatically has it set to Standard Payment, not Osko. I have to remember to change it every time. Before I updated the app it would remember this preference and I didn’t have to change it. If it doesn’t change I won’t use the app anymore. This does not happen with any of my other banking apps.

Terrible

Have nothing but bad things to say about this bank, will be changing banks promptly. Changing the app without notice, can’t set up the account, error keeps saying incorrect pin even though I’ve changed it and know it’s correct.

Thank you for your feedback. The app has encountered technical issues due to high demand on 28 Feb and 1 March. This was a result of the decommissioning of the old apps, but the issues have been fixed and the app is currently running without issues. Worst app I have ever used

I have reset my access twice in a month. Doesn’t let me log in and tells me my details are wrong. Used Face ID so not like I changed my face from yesterday to today now my password is incorrect.

Thank you for your feedback. On a number of occasions between 14 and 18 November our mobile banking app has experienced technical difficulties that caused the login password or biometrics to not be recognised when members tried to log in. We understand the importance of having uninterrupted accessibility to payment facilities and are truly sorry for any inconvenience these unplanned outages may have caused. Needs a few fixes

The name of the app needs to be abbreviated so that it's doesn't get cut off and look ugly on the home screen.

The accounts screen should open by default and not require 2 presses to get there.

Your app is a joke! Some ting really needs to change with the company that Develops and the team managing at AMB - Bad!

AMB deserter

I want to abandon this Bank after so many changes its almost time I changed and that means changing to a large bank as this bank is now too small for me and doesn’t really offer anything different from the Majors except lack of scale and that’s what I need to do business in a world that is becoming smaller with technology but you need a bank with size to be able to service you.

Just doesn’t work properly.

I have tried to set it so that I can have the my bank balance displayed on the Home Screen without having to log in, but it just won’t do it. It won’t let me set a pin for access, something which takes entering your account number and password three times to do. The app is just rubbish, and Seeing as how this is virtually the only way to interact with the bank these days I am tempted to close my account of 20+ years and move it all to the Commonwealth bank, whose app is flawless and lets me do all of the above. A simple 4 digit pin for access to log in, it also keeps me logged in while I flip around my phone for a certain amount of time, and it displays my balance without having to log in.

As for the app PIN, with higher than ever online scams we have put in extra measures to protect our members. A 4 digit PIN can be used to create 10,000 different combinations, while a six-digit PIN can be used to create 1 million. If this gives our members better protection from any potential fraud we have done our job to protect them and that's our aim.

Not great, old app was better

At the moment it looks like the app has crashed and I have not been able to log in for 24hrs or so now.
Old app was way better, and faster with less/no issues.
