Thank you for your feedback. The app has encountered technical issues due to high demand on 28 Feb and 1 March. This was a result of the decommissioning of the old apps, but the issues have been fixed and the app is currently running without issues. Please note we did notify all our members that the old apps will be decomissioned. If you need any assistance to setup the new app, please call us on 13 61 91.
Worst app I have ever used

Thank you for your feedback. On a number of occasions between 14 and 18 November our mobile banking app has experienced technical difficulties that caused the login password or biometrics to not be recognised when members tried to log in. We understand the importance of having uninterrupted accessibility to payment facilities and are truly sorry for any inconvenience these unplanned outages may have caused. Please let us know if you are still experiencing difficulties logging into the app (email us at info@australianmutual.bank or call us on 13 61 91).
Needs a few fixes
The accounts screen should open by default and not require 2 presses to get there.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. Could you please send us an email to info@australianmutual.bank or call us on 13 61 91 with the issue you have when setting up the quick balance and we will look into this for you. As for the app PIN, with higher than ever online scams we have put in extra measures to protect our members. A 4 digit PIN can be used to create 10,000 different combinations, while a six-digit PIN can be used to create 1 million. If this gives our members better protection from any potential fraud we have done our job to protect them and that's our aim.
Not great, old app was better
Old app was way better, and faster with less/no issues.
