    This app charged me a 100 dollars before the trail period I cancelled before and they still charged me give me back my money
  • Absolute garbage customer service.

    They make it difficult to start up the robot without allowing the free trial of Miko Max, then they will charge you before the end of the trial for Miko Max. They make it impossible to locate the option to cancel (the button to cancel doesn’t appear in your settings until they’ve charged you once AND you’ve updated the app.) Then they claim it’s absolutely impossible to issue a refund and lie about sending email reminders. Horrible. And the app costs as much as the robot?! No thanks. Stay far from this company. I certainly don’t trust them with my kids’ personal info.
  • It’s way too slow

    My son has tried to talk to it, had to tell him a joke, or even asked it a question and it takes so long to answer, that he loses interest. I bought this to help him have a little companion because his brothers are all older. I have never wasted my money like this before and I wish I could return it.
  • Bad

    We had high hopes for Miko, but this app is not good. Unfortunately, I feel the same about Miko. After at least an hour of waiting for Miko to update, but 6 year old (who was beyond excited for Miko!) tried to play with it. It is so unresponsive, that after about 15 minutes of trying and really not getting anywhere, he looked at me and said, Miko isn’t near as much fun as they made it out to be. He is right. You can spend your hard earned money on much better products.
  • fix the app, robot is cool.

    so, first i got it and when we started it didn't tell me that the app didn't work on a large ipad, so we started downloading it and when we got to the end. At the child part, it didn't fit the screen. And then we tried on a phone, we needed to UNPAIR it BUT we couldn't cause IT HASN'T FINISHED SETTING UP. it took 3 days to fix. but after we fixed it. it was SO worth it. the robot is awesome it respons to me 90% of the time. it dances, tells stories, and plays games. so, in the end, it was awesome but please, fix the app. Please!!

    I did the trial, and only ended up using the app once because it was horrible. I cancelled the subscription and was still charged $100 and when I emailed they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do but I can enjoy the app for another year 😑 do not download this app and definitely don’t subscribe
  • Bad all around

    Robot does not connect correctly. Difficult for child to operate it or understand it. He gets frustrated with it due to it being unable to function as expected. I attempted to cancel the subscription but that was a nightmare and they do not refund so now I’m stuck with paying for the entire year even though we only used it for a few hours during the trial period.
  • Not worth it!!

    It’s okay not what I expected then they take $100 out of my account for a max subscription that I wasn’t even signed up for yeah when you set it up you have to put in your info and then you better cancel the subscription if not they’ll take it! Mine didn’t even say I was subscribed it asked if I wanted the max experience when I opened the parent app even after they took the $100.
  • Dissapointing

    Robot is really disappointing. My son has played with it only a few times and really just likes it for the charades feature. Robot is very monotone and rarely understands what we are asking. I also signed up for the Max account and tried to cancel it but had trouble. When I finally got through to a human for support (5 days later) they said I couldn’t cancel and was out the money. This robot had been a lot of money and nothing in return.
  • Bad Customer Service

    My kids were excited to get Miko Mini for Xmas but it seemed to have technical difficulties and they lost interest fast. Miko came with a 30 day free trial of Max. Beware: they do not send any emails to remind you the trial is ending. I tried to cancel on my app and yet another glitch there was no option to cancel the subscription. Got in touch with customer support on the day trial ended spent 75 minutes on chat had to restart app to get the option to cancel my subscription and they still charged me the $99 for another year of max. They won’t refund you under any circumstance.
