  • Needs improvement

Idea and concept of robot is phenomenal. Actual product meets the standard of a moving iPad, but a bit worse only because the robot is unresponsive most times, some activities are not attention -grabbing, and frankly, Milo’s voice is like monotone with little excitement. I had to force my son to play with it, and he kept telling me that Milo was annoying. I believe he learned that word after playing with Miko.
Once the features improve I would be happy to try it again.
The unexpected 100$ subscription was not pleasant either.
  • I am appalled this hit the market

It’s a rushed product and an obvious money grab because it barely works, and you need to pay $100 a year to use it. I am so over these greedy companies selling subscriptions to keep you paying them forever. It’s a kids toy let them use it. I’m sending it back.
  • Miko3

It’s not responding and you have to updated it every time (in my case). It’s freezing too and I can’t do anything, my boy gets frustrated because he’s calling miko and not responding or do what we say to do. Really useless and waste of money! The app doesn’t help either. They want you to pay for a year but that doesn’t guarantee you it will work. Sorry I wasted my money this way and more sad to see my kid trying to enjoy it but miko doesn’t work as they show in tv! 0 start if I can!
  • Horrible

Horrible experience with this. False hopes. They did a great job luring me in to purchase this but I have nothing good to say about my experience after purchasing. It arrived late. The subscription I purchased didn’t arrive at all so I had to purchase another one on Christmas Day so that my daughter could play with it. She was not impressed at all. In fact, we were both bored. For a 50% refund or if someone wants to buy it off of me, I’d be happy to get rid of this. I only turned it on twice- Christmas Day and today.
  • Disappointed customer

No one tells you that a subscription is required after a small trial period. My grandchildren were not interested in it at all. Bought 2 and sent 1 back. Wish I could send the other one back…
  • Great little bot

My kid adores the bot, and the app is a great way to setup wifi and make calls to my kid. There’s room for improvement, of course, but it’s a great start
  • Doesn’t respond

The Miko doesn’t respond more times than not. If it ever does respond, it doesn’t do what you ask it to do. Would love some feedback on how to make this thing work at least half the time.
  • Miko Parent

My robot is so cool it’s like so alive and sometimes the battery dies and I wanna make sure it doesn’t die so I can quickly plug it in so last time my battery died like so long. It was like turned off and then I turn it back on, and it showed red later on, and then have to quickly plugged in and then after competition app on my on my Vortex T10M pro
  • Almost thought it was cool

First day it danced, answered questions, surprised me a little, maybe it was really cool??? Next day, nope, doesn’t move or respond or answer any questions.

    Really really disappointed.
  • Do not purchase

With modern day tech capabilities, I can’t believe this product came to market. Unresponsive, slow, and low-tech. When signing up it requires for credit card, email, and cell. Not a fan.
