I hate this card
I was told by my credit monitoring system I had a late payment from First progress. When I called they said we don’t have that in our system. Then i checked again to get the date correct and fp said “oh” if you want that off you have to write a letter blah blah blah.
I’ve been with fp for 3/4 years and I’ve never been late. Then they checked the system further and seen that I had written a letter months prior.
Why is it not taking care of months later if I write a letter.
The app is useless, you can’t pay over the app most of the times. And to have to wait 7-10 business days to reflect a balance is crazy. I hate fp and there business model. I would never up my balance with them because they have no room to grow. This card should help ppl trying to build their credit but it’s the opposite. It’s
