Amazing!
I never knew how much I needed this app until I started using it! I like the different pathways and the fact that I can jump around to explore different aspects of my relationship with food. You can set your own pace - some days I do more sessions than others; the flexibility is great.NCrisHB
Unlearning the 'Perfect' Body Image
I never realized how much the body image in diet ads and marketing and even movies was making me feel bad about my body, like I wasn't living a good enough life because my body didn't look like that. Now I see it and how those ads were just meant to make me insecure so I would buy another diet or supplement. I'm not fully immune yet, but it feels a lot better to start examining my self-talk and remembering that my body is awesome, even if it doesn't look like some model's. Loving this app! Doesn’t Fit within phone frame
I can’t even get through the first lesson because the screen contents doesn’t fit within my phone frame, so I can’t click things or things aren’t showing up. I had to delete the app entirely. It just won’t work on my phone. I have an iPhone SE Next Gen.Pancakes In Houston

I really liked this app but I had to cancel my subscription because of technical difficulties. The last lesson of the first session is like ultra zoomed in and I have tried everything to fix it and I can’t get passed it because the other lessons are locked until I finish that one. The biggest bummer is that I can’t find anyone to contact for help. I’ll definitely resubscribe when this issue gets fixed. I totally loved the app.Show lessqwertyyuiijdjdbdjdnd

So far, I’ve struggled quite a bit with this app. SO MANY GLITCHES. I’ve had to exit out and reboot the app so many times because it won’t let me move to the next screen. Or it asks me to click a choice but the options are obscured and when I try to scroll to make them more visible, it won’t “stay” and rolls back to the “obscured” view. A couple times the entire app is frozen and no matter where I try to click or write, it does nothing. I’ve had this app for about 15 minutes and have had to exit probably 15 times at least. Fix the app, please! I believe strongly that this is some thing that could benefit me, but I will stop using it if I have to constantly maneuver around the glitches.Show lessElizabace

Great concepts, features, love it except … unfortunately, in the middle of doing an exercise the program locks up. It kept doing this over and over and over again. Very frustrating. I’d get about halfway or even all the way to the last step of an exercise, and have to start all over again. It was especially frustrating when I would start over again and it would lock up again and again until I just gave up. So fix this glitch and I’ll be one of your biggest fans and subscribe to the premium version.Show lessHabiteur

I really like this so far and am glad to pay for it. But the app needs work! LOTS of times the text on the screen doesn’t fit and there’s no way to scroll and see more. Sometimes the “continue” button is off or nearly off the screen meaning you can’t move on easily. I am stuck on one module because I can’t click “continue.” And I’ve tried to join the “community” several times and it doesn’t seem to work. Frustrating since I really like the concept so much. I did the free trial and love the idea behind the app but I encountered many glitches. I would finish writing a response or typing and it would lock up and not move.
