    Very glitchy and error filled.
  • Some layout improvements needed

    I love the concept and look forward to continuing. However, the content doesn’t fit the screen frequently and is cut off. There is ellipsis, but you can’t click on it or scroll to read the rest. Some “buttons” and options also are cut off. It also doesn’t stay where I left off if I switch between my iPhone and iPad.

    Hello! Thanks for your note. Do you have an iPhone SE or mini perhaps? We've learned and troubleshooted several similar cases and found that the SE and minis had a problem, so we just implemented a new fix that *should* make the sessions appear as intended smaller screens.  If you'd like to check the new version, we're happy to cover the cost and refund you if it doesn't work, definitely don't want you to be out of pocket if the app isn't working and we're very sorry for the inconvenience!   • So much potential

    Annoying really loved this app but it only allows one session a day not 3 and keeps timing me out by accident in first session. So sometimes you don’t even get a session a day. I have emailed the team but had no response.
  • Has some bugs

    I love the idea of this app but there are still some bugs that need to be worked out. The most annoying one so far is it doesn’t matter if you’ve selected to do 3 or 6 sessions a day, after doing one session I get locked out saying I’ve already done my max sessions.
    Also, sometimes it’s like the statements in one session don’t match. I want to keep going because I see the potential but I’m not sure if I want to keep paying for it with all the glitches.

  • Great idea, terrible app functionality

    For the price the app itself sucks. The edit button doesn’t work on completed sessions, it won’t let me scroll up to the beginning of the map that tracks your progress (and therefore I can’t do the first session) and when I’d completed some sessions the next session would be talking about something g other than I’d entered in the previous (i.e. what do you want to talk about - apples, oranges, pears. I entered “apples” but the next activity starts with “ok let’s talk about pears”).

  • Refreshing

    So amazing to finally see a nutrition app that helps with reframing thoughts surrounding food and movement. Love that I can use the sessions to check-in with myself. The sessions are like thought exercises, perf addition to my daily morning routine.
  • Great concept but the app needs work

    Sometimes the layout looks like a webpage that hasn’t been formatted for mobile devices. It’s a shame because the idea is great, I'm bummed I paid for it because it’s so buggy sometimes it’s almost not usable. Maybe it’ll get better, I’m definitely rooting for the team that built it because it is such a fantastic idea.

  • Love the concept!

    As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder for years, it felt great to find an app that could possibly aid me on my journey to being more comfortable with food and more intuitive. Unfortunately, it seems there hasn’t been enough trouble shooting on the app. I can’t justify paying for something that is just going to frustrate me because of all of the bugs.

    I’ve tried two different pathways and ended up stuck somewhere on both of them because one brought up random answers that were all meat (which I don’t eat) which happened in the first few checks of the “body feels section” and another wouldn’t let me click ahead, the second check under “emotional eats.” I feel like if you went through your app it would be pretty clear where fixes needed to happen. I’ll be back for an updated version, maybe, in the future!

  • Not super helpful. App feels underdeveloped

    No way to cancel subscription if account not made through apple. Little information or options on the app. Needs work.
  • Great in principle; but has a long way to go

    First of all; as someone said; there’s no way to cancel and it’s too expensive for what it offers… a 2minute session a day? Second, nowhere to contact the developer for glitches. I started a session that had inaccurate info (“choose these from your previous session” but they were not written by me). And when I went back; I cannot do it anymore. This looks like it has promise. But it has a long way to go. Hopefully I can cancel the subscription.
