I hate sales calls, and this whole app seems like demand generation for a sales team. I got a call immediately after signing up. It offers very little if any value above what you find on Redfin + a google search on a potential renovation.
Address not on app
How do I get my home added to this so I can start using? I see other housing in my neighborhood are in it. Even houses in my street

Super useful app!
It was really nice to learn more about my home and the surrounding neighborhood. Also gave me some great insights on how much certain projects would add to my home value. Would definitely recommend to any homeowner!

Disappointing overall

Developer finally closed my account after ignoring first request. My bug reports went unanswered. Overall I didn’t see the value and it was a major hassle. Since they finally closed my account I changed from one star to two.

Wacky investment advice
At first it’s intriguing to see home values and such, but when you look closely, most of what is in this app just doesn’t make sense. They are telling me that my driveway would be $8k to redo, but the going rate for a driveway my size is over $40,000 when done in the cheapest surface. Then they say a $2k water heater will increase my home value by over $20k! Huh? Most of what is in this app is way off of reality, rendering it pretty useless.
