Little confused…
I don’t really understand the value of the app. I like it showing me the value of my home but Zillow also does this without asking for additional information or making an account.
I would also mention that most homeowners do projects for aesthetic purposes or functionality. Not to increase the value of their home.
The UX and UI is killer but that’s about it.
Apps that I download usually fit into one of two categories.
1) it somehow makes me money
2) it saves me money

Hard to get to the projects page on the app
Every time I try to get to the projects page I have to start over on the app as if I never submitted the information the first go around.
Also there’s no easy way to get to that part of the app

Realm is exactly what we were looking for. It helps homeowners throughout the whole renovation journey!
Learned so much about my home
Realm is the only app I have that sends helpful push notifications. I’ve learned so much about my home and what’s going on in my neighborhood. I feel like an expert even though I’m still new to this homeownership thing.

So glad to have some insights into our biggest investment… I love knowing what neighbors are doing to improve their homes, and understanding our equity situation. Can’t wait to see what’s coming next in this app!
Finally!!! Just what we were looking for
It’s so hard to get trusted information about home renovations. All of our neighbors and friends have an opinion, about what we can and should do, but we were feeling overwhelmed by our options.
Realm helped us budget for projects in the next 1-5 years - in just a few minutes - so we can finally have a plan and get the most out of our property. Really interesting data - very easy to use! Highly recommend.

Awesome app for anyone who is looking to upgrade their home. The App packs with a lot of information and helps me decide what is the most essential for upgrade!

I love this app so much! Before downloading it, I had no idea how to unlock all of the hidden value in my home. The insights it has provided have made me much more confident and assured as a homeowner. ✨✨✨
Not sure what people are seeing to give this app 5 stars.
Seriously. What’s the point. Ok, you give me my home value. You are estimating my equity based on public record information. That’s about it. No interesting insights about the area. Literally just the stats of my home, their estimated value of my and the equity that they believe I have in it. Big whoop.
Maybe if I put down I was looking to sell or something, maybe that would kick me into a bucket of potential monetization for them and then would actually provide something of value to me. I’m going to delete this app and unsubscribe from their deluge of emails that kept begging me to download that app.
If I’m missing the point, feel free to respond, But otherwise, I don’t get the point of this app whatsoever.
