Best Strength App Ever? Ever.

What more can I say besides I now bench 225, squat 500 and deadlift 450? Meg and the SBTD team got that barbell in my hand and helped me build the foundation to get me there. Could not thank this app enough. It is SO. GOO.

Will be a member for life!

SBTD is the absolute best fitness app/program I have ever tried (and trust me, I have tried a BUNCH). I have been training with SBTD for almost 2 years now and I swear I could not live without it! I will be a member for life. It takes all the guess work out of making sure you’re hitting progressive overload and programming accessories to help you become stronger in your lifts. With there being new macrocycles throughout the year, things stay fun and fresh WITHOUT compromising results. This is because every cycle hits the main lifts (squat/bench/deadlift). Other programs are way too focused on keeping things “interesting” by haphazardly programming workouts that create NO progress. I also love it’s not a program with a
definitive end time — it is made to stick to and form to your lifestyle!! As you progress, the app suggests weights to keep you pushing yourself in your main lifts.
As a nurse who works night shift, the flexibility of being able to choose a 3, 4, or 5 day program weekly is amazing. Some weeks I have the time/energy for 5 days, some weeks all I have to give is 3 days. As someone who finds it hard to know when to take a break, the fact that deloads are automatically programmed in is a plus. I am comforted by the fact that no matter what, I am making progress.
I will ALWAYS be a SBTD member, as long as it exists! I love what the SBTD team does and the commitment to helping everyone gain strength and confidence. 🩷

Long term gains!

I’ve been using this app for close to two years now. It’s hard enough to keep you growing while still being fun enough to allow for consistency and longevity. I’ve been injured in all kinds of training styles, from rolled ankles, tendinitis and hip injuries from overuse, I haven’t seen a physio since I started this program. Meg brings such a positive and healthy approach to training, keeps us on our toes with new movement and new focus areas constantly while also facilitating a beautiful community of lifters.

This app gave me the resources I needed to finally commit and not look back!

This app is absolutely the BEST on the market. I used to struggle for years with doing random workouts, guessing at my form and not knowing how many reps and sets or exercises to do. I knew I wanted to transition into lifting from running but felt overwhelmed with where to start. I had been following Meg on her socials for a while and when I saw a deal on the app I signed up immediately without even looking at other apps first. I knew it already had so much more to offer at such a reasonable price as well. Unlike other apps this app is flexible with your schedule and even to each day! You can substitute exercises and the best thing is under each exercise there is a video with form and an explanation. You can track your reps and sets and weight right in the app and it keeps all your workouts and information logged for whenever you need them! I am so much more knowledgeable since using this app and have fallen in love with lifting so much I am at the start of my very first body building season and am working on getting my personal training certification. Basically YOU need this app. No more guessing, it’s all upfront and will change your life. Let’s get stronger everyday!! 🫶

THE BEST

I have been on this program before the app even came out and this is the best program I have ever been on. Hot girls don’t gatekeep, just get the subscription honey. Meg is an amazing trainer and it’s so valuable to be a part of such a beautiful community of women (and men) she is such an incredible role model for women for fitness AND business.

Best strength trainer

I’ve had my Stronger By The Day subscription now for almost 4 years and I can’t see me changing. I’ve seen the app from its first launch and it gets better and better each time. It’s clear how much time has been invested in making the app work as well as it can and new features are being launched constantly. Not only that but following SBTD has increased my strength more than I ever thought possible.

Best Strength Training App I’ve ever used

Fitness apps are often lacking in one way or another. But SBTD has been amazing in so many aspects. The training programs and tracking on the app have helped me remain consistent in the gym. It has removed a barrier that used to stop me just getting into the gym, as I never knew what to do on my own. The demo videos and substitution mean I can learn and adapt to my training level. I love the online community that comes with the app too! You can see everyone’s successes and it’s celebrated wildly. I recommend this app to anyone looking for a strength program.

Great program for a great price

Downloaded stronger by the Day about two years ago during my postpartum recovery to fitness. I was previously into bodybuilding and had paid for private online training. They gave me results but realizing in my postpartum fitness journey that my goal was just to be a strong mom, I wanted something that was give me good results and was much more affordable. This program has done that, and in fact, I will say I am stronger than I ever have been. I’m dead lifting and squatting more than I was when I was bodybuilding into powerlifting. Plus, there’s so many options for me to make it fit my life as a working mom that I can’t imagine doing anything else now. I would recommend this to anyone and this has been the best thing I’ve ever done, I wish I had found it sooner.

Changed the game for me!

Been powerlifting competitively for 12yrs. Joined SBD at a time when I was struggling with consistency and stalled with progress. I am self trained and downloading this app- provided me with so much education; motivation and the AMRAPs!! Oh hell… the AMRAPs! Giving me opportunities to hit rep PRs week over week. The consistency change the game! I adjust the big 3 closer to comps- but the consistency is always there for accessories! The themed macrocycles are motivational- and keep your progress happening. I’ve followed Meg (on YouTube originally) for a very long time and purchasing this app was a no brainer! Using this app as a compliment to my training; I’ve pushed my performance to a level that has allowed me to represent Canada internationally in the IPF 4 times! If you are new “to the bar” …welcome- this app is 100% for you. And it was and is also 100% for me!

2 years in and I still love it

Before finding this app I used to structure my own workouts and often times found myself skipping the things I wasn’t in the mood for (as if I’m ever in the mood for Bulgarian split squats) as a result I would never truly get a full workout and I wasn’t seeing the progress I wanted. I have been using this app for over two years now and am still loving it. I like that there are different cycles changing up the workouts so that I don’t get bored with my workouts. I also like that you can structure it based on your week (ie 3 training days vs 5 or utilizing the express on busy days). I also like that it helps you reach your max potential with cycles designed to help you PR in different lifts. It can be very difficult to find workout programs that keep you motivated and disciplined but I have found with this app that I very rarely miss my 5 workouts a week and I find myself lifting weights I never would have imagined. This app is perfect for beginners or people who have been lifting for awhile it allows you to progress at your own pace and your only competition is yourself. I would definitely recommend this app.
