A very honest review

This all changed my relationship with the gym and with myself. After gym shutdowns during Covid I really needed help getting back into SOMETHING and had followed Meg for years. Taking out the guess work of workouts and even the weights really saved my sanity and 3 years later I have never looked back. This app is life changing.

Most consistent I’ve ever been

This app is unmatched and it’s helped me transition from having a coach to just having the app to guide me and help me stick with the gym for years. I’ve gone off a few times and joined again because there’s nothing else like it in the market. It’s the closest you’ll get to having a coach that helps you with everything you need with training.

Love it !!

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it’s absolutely amazing. Firstly it’s really easy to use and follow the workouts, I switch out exercises easily. I love that the plan is alway updating and it prevents me from getting bored. It’s really helped me stick my goals and build strength. This app has helped me Both physically and mentally, I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Best programs ever!

I’ve been using SBTD for about a year now and am obsessed with how easy it is to follow, how detailed the tutorials are, and how STRONG it makes you!!!! Meg’s programming is truly so thought out and detailed, i will be a SBTD user for life!

Amazing App

I’ve run a few different gym programs over the years and SBTD has definitely been the one I’ve been most consistent on! Calculating your max lifts is a game changer and I find this has been worth every dollar. I’ve seen awesome strength gains with this and would reccomend to everyone.

Love the programming

I came to Meg for my postpartum fitness with the Plus 1 program and transitioned to SBTD. I love it! I am a lifelong “athlete” who felt lost post-organized sports and motherhood. I LOVE the programming and the community! So much love and support from the team and other SBTD members. If you even follow the program a little bit, you’ll definitely see gains!

The app is adaptive to your level and provides recommended weight ranges based on your ability and gets heavier as you get stronger. Tutorials, explanations, and substitutions for every exercise.

Some things to note: everyone is on the same programming during designated macro cycles, so it’s not like some other apps where you have a library of programming to choose from. I personally like that because we are all in it together and cycles rotate to focus on different lifts to provide balance and new stimulus. Some experience glitches, but it’s usually resolved quickly, and I feel like they genuinely care about our user experience!

Great program

The program itself is great and I have become much stronger since using it. I love the structure it provides. The only issue I have is that the app is a little buggy.

Your New Gym Bestie

Stronger by the day got me back into the gym doing consistent strength training for the first time in 2 years. I’ve been following it for 5 weeks and the app works a treat to track your progress, suggest weights to keep you progressing, and has a consistent focus while changing up some of the accessory movements to slight variations to help with you not getting bored. Highly recommend this app to get you into strength training or for experience lifters wanting a program to follow!!

Best one I’ve tried

Honestly the best fitness app out there! The programmes are awesome, there’s demos and explanations for every exercise and the app tracks everything for you.
Don’t look elsewhere - this is the one!

Can’t create account

Tried several times to create an account but it just errors out. Also takes ages to respond to input - feels like it runs on a potato.
