Works 50% of the time. You never know if it will connect. Useless.
Drops out
Always drops out. What’s the point of an app if I always have to go to the console.
Sort it out
Constantly crashes, geofencing doesn’t work, doesn’t switch to programs if unit is already on.
Slow
Very slow following the update. App takes an inordinately long time to open cold. Please fix?
Get your act together
If your going to produce and distribute a product, what about your crappy company fix the app .. seriously the only item in my house that can’t keep a connection is your useless product.
Password
I just installed the app and everytime i use it It asks for a password. Surely i dont need to put it in every time
Programs don’t work
We have had trouble with the programs working and it has become evident during winter. The unit will switch to cooling or not even turn on when scheduled. Not ideal with cold evenings and mornings with a newborn.
Time for on and off
The app no longer allows us to hold the power button to set on and off timer function , the app resets and does nothing.
Works as expected
Would be good to have a widget as well
Timers no longer working since June 2024 update
We can no longer hold the on/off button and select how long until the unit turns on/off. Doing so causes the app to reset and the timer not to save.
