Bugs
So the first main issue is the system struggles so hard to connect to a device even if I'm on the same wifi, it's worse when you're not on the wifi and often we have to reset the app or now the past week have been unable to control it from any device other than the main wired hub.
Secondly the timer function is so buggy that it doesn't actually register or process that you've set a timer so we've had some nights where the timer has supposedly been set but the system stays on

Great tech
Works a treat. Amazing to be able to control the AC from anywhere, set timers. Mostly leave the system on the auto setting and with the add on of individual wireless room sensors controlling the zones keeps both upstairs and downstairs within 1-2deg of the set temperature. Only issue I’ve had is the tablet lost the wifi connection once, simply rebooted it and started up fine.

Poor app!
Mobile app extremely buggy and causes ongoing frustration. App more often than not freezes / non responsive. Well below expectations for an ap. preferred the daikin app which actually worked. Easier to walk over to the wall controller. App needs to be rebuilt and much more investment by Polyaire!

The application works as it should for controlling the system. I would only recommend having the ability to have the application save the cloud details and local password in keychain so you are not asked for it every time.
