We’re very sorry. Sometimes this happens due to connection errors with certain banks. We’re working hard to fix this. If you reach out to us at customer@oneblinc.com with the email address you’re using for our app, we can look into why you were denied. It could be that you could reapply again soon or that our system doesn’t recognize your employer just yet.

We apologize. There have been certain paycheck detection issues with some banks even after the “successful” connection, and we’re working very hard to that resolved ASAP. We appreciate you using our app and hope to get this corrected soon.
They can’t even properly steal from disabled people

We are truly sorry that our advance isn’t working for you. We are trying to make improvements to the system everyday. To your point, the issue here is that our system isn’t perfect for every employer or bank and based on the nature of automation, we unfortunately cannot make manual changes at this time. We hope to have vast improvements to this issue in the near future. Thank you for giving our app a try.

We’re sorry about your experience. It certainly wasn’t our intention to take up your time. We want to be able to expand to all employers, but it takes time for our system to recognize and automate them. When you register and add your employer, we’re able to know which employers to add, and then we can also notify you through the app of when you’re eligible to try for an advance again.
