Why make mr go thru everything
Why give the option to input an employer that’s not in the search bar and make me go through setting up my bank just to tell me employer isn’t supported? That should be first reason to halt setting up an account. Then you make people give their bank info unnecessarily. Big dumb.

WORST FINANCIAL HELP APP EVER!
After trying for a month to get my account connected, and being told every should be working, I was denied. It says clearly on the app that military disability is an approved employer, as well as my current employer being approved, I was STILL denied! And after calling and speaking with them, I was told that they are NOW only focused on current FEDERAL employees, as of last week. Absolute JOKE!

SSDI/SSI/SSA NEED NOT BOTHER
Apparently having a permanent guaranteed monthly income deposited into your account is just not good enough for these guys. So if this is your income, don’t waste your time because you’ll go through everything, only to have them say they don’t support your employer. I guess disabled and retired people aren’t good enough for them. Go figure.

Since I’m pretty sure they deleted my last review
I was long term customer since the summer and everything was great. I was up to 150 dollars. Then end of last month it’s said can’t find account. I emailed three separate times no response. It was quite a while, and this I admit maybe I shouldn’t have done. I restarted my account. It said oh snap we can support you anymore because we do not support your company. Which is fine companies are allowed to change, but notification would of been nice.
Finally they respond to my one previous request. Then when I wrote back they put in it was closed. I really liked this company , just wish it could of ended on a better note.

I’ve never had an issue with this app. It works like a charm for me and I’m up to $150 now for an advance.
