Love! Except the minimum spend
I genuinely love using MILKRUN. Don’t have to go anywhere except to the door to collect it. Saves so much on petrol. It is a little frustrating that have to spend $25 or more but it is what it is. I just go into the supermarket if I want to get something less than $25. Otherwise, groceries are always gonna be more than $25 so, it makes life so much easier! I absolutely recommend!!!

Lifesaver, love it
I love Milkrun app. Its soooo good for busy professionals who just hate to go grocery shop and can just do it from the comfort of your own place. The delivery is smooth and quick. Within 30 mins usually everytime I ordered it, prices are very much so the same as you would buy in countdown anyway. It has put my family in ease as we always struggle to spare time going for grocery shopping and dont enjoy it at all. Thanks Milkrun!

Very handy service.
As somebody who does not drive, I find the service incredibly useful when you just need a few urgent items from the shop.
The app works well. The delivery times are excellent and they actually turn up when they say they will turn up.
Because of the quick delivery times it also means that you can get a hot chook delivered which you cannot do with the normal Woolworths delivery method because they have a longer delivery window which does not fit the food safe criteria for hot chickens. So this is an excellent option

Fast but missing items
I've made a number of orders now maybe 5-6 and everytime there's always a missing item and also items swapped with the something else not relevant. I've gone in to countdown same place I made my order from afterwards to get try get the item and it's literally there. I think because the time of delivery is so fast, there isn't enough time to make sure items are correct and all there. Will probably go back to using pak n save etc, it's a day after delivery but atleast everything is right.

Recommend
I use this app when I can’t be bothered going to the supermarket but I need to get some items from there. It’s fast and super efficient the driver is always there in the time frame sometimes a little faster depending on traffic. You can’t use the supermarket in the same time slot of 35 minutes and there is never a definite time frame for that but there is with this app and it’s why I prefer this one. Maybe a little more expensive but it’s more for convenience. I love this app.

MILKRUN
MILKRUN has been such a good alternative for me lately as I haven’t had the time to go to the store for my weekly shop. It gave me three free delivery fees then only $7 for delivery after that.. which for me is definitely worth it. Obviously there is a margin of error because sometimes if they happen to not have your product in stock, you won’t get it. However, there is an option to select before purchasing that says ‘allow them to substitute’ so this would mean they won’t just not get it for you, they’ll get the next best/closest thing.

Avoid at all costs
I’ve used this app twice. The first time only half my order arrived. I was sent a $20 gift card for my troubles but when I tried to use the gift card on an order over $200+ the gift card wouldn’t work, I paid regardless. My order delivery time kept pushing out to over an hour later and I was wanting to go to bed. I reached out to customer service and was told my order wasn’t received by the store and I would be given a refund.
Not a helpful service at all and kicking myself that I didn’t drag my tired self down to the shops on a Friday night to do the shop myself! I will never use MILKRUN again and I’ll be warning friends to avoid the service. Not worth the hassle at all!

Best grocery delivery service available
MILKRUN is currently the best grocery delivery service I have used. Not only are the delivery fees extremely reasonable, the delivery times are the quickest available and the app itself is great. The fact it’s connected to my rewards card is another huge bonus. Even with the delivery fee, I end up saving money by just ordering what I need, rather than having to load all the kids up into the car and run to Woolies and spending 3 x times what I intended. Great service. Highly recommend.
