  • Avoid at all costs

    I’ve used this app twice. The first time only half my order arrived. I was sent a $20 gift card for my troubles but when I tried to use the gift card on an order over $200+ the gift card wouldn’t work, I paid regardless. My order delivery time kept pushing out to over an hour later and I was wanting to go to bed. I reached out to customer service and was told my order wasn’t received by the store and I would be given a refund.
    Not a helpful service at all and kicking myself that I didn’t drag my tired self down to the shops on a Friday night to do the shop myself! I will never use MILKRUN again and I’ll be warning friends to avoid the service. Not worth the hassle at all!

  • Best grocery delivery service available

    MILKRUN is currently the best grocery delivery service I have used. Not only are the delivery fees extremely reasonable, the delivery times are the quickest available and the app itself is great. The fact it’s connected to my rewards card is another huge bonus. Even with the delivery fee, I end up saving money by just ordering what I need, rather than having to load all the kids up into the car and run to Woolies and spending 3 x times what I intended. Great service. Highly recommend.

  • What a joke!!!

    Don’t even bother with this company or app!!
    Ordered a few things off here today as I’m home sick… the estimated delivery time was 30mins to my address and once payment was made, oh boy did that time change!!
    Got a notification that my order was sent to a driver who would be picking it up soon ( this app lets you see where the driver is) didn’t leave his place for 40mins, then saw the car drive to the Woolworths and drive from there and sat in another street, now my time was up to 1 hour wait…. So I requested another driver, what a pain!!!!
    Got notified my order was picked up and on its way, then again the driver sat in the street for 40mins! Order was placed at 3.30pm got our order at 5.15pm with liquid ice cream and our pizzas from the fridge section were now warm 🤢
    Never again!!! The only thing we could actually use from the order is the toilet paper, driver didn’t seem to care that he just made our ice cream melt and all our cold food yuck!!!
    Absolutely hopeless!
    Now I have to wait 3 days for a refund!

  • Milkrun App

    Is the best one I've used to date. There has been a few occasions where theres been some glitches but overall I have been thoroughly satisfied with using the app.

    The layout of the site is colourful and easy on the eye making it easy to navigate to where you want to go. Also the product descriptions and health warnings are really useful..loving it! Thank you for this app.

  • Literally the best

    Ya gal works 2 jobs so I don’t always have time to do my groceries before or after work. Sometimes get home and just don’t feel like leaving the house again because I’ve forgotten the milk… again 😭

    The delivery is quick and easy and I just really appreciate it. This is so convenient for those that don’t have a lot of time, or perhaps even find it hard to leave the house for medical/mental reasons. I would highly recommend milkrun to anyone and everyone.

    My groceries are always separated as well. Cold foods, pantry foods, breakables (mainly eggs) and chemicals. They’re delivery estimate times are very accurate too so I’m very chuffed 💓

  • Better doing click and collect - Bonus Rewards points aren’t being added

    Multiple times items are advertised as bonus points with no corresponding offer to boost items even in Woolworths app checked, or even when an offer is boosted the bonus points never appear. Online support says it can resolve but prompts you to call through with a receipt and information for an offer you no longer have any details on to challenge as expired offers do not remain showing. Either large oversight or deceptive practices, given lack of developer response and continued misrepresentations made in the app it is deceptive practices.

    Contacting customer service just results in a disingenuous and dismissive response telling you to contact the online support with information that is not retained in the app.

  • First use of Milkrun

    I was impressed, pleasant guy that delivered the order, fast delivery and the tracking app is fantastic as you can see each time one of your items are placed in the trolley. Great service overall

    The only thing that could be better is that all items are between 50 cents to $1 more expensive then woolworths directly. Even items shown on special. I know this because i was comparing as i was adding them.
    I literally had to take items out of the trolley due to this extra amount adding up and will get from woolworths directly.
    As its my first time delivery was free were usually you have to pay. I am unsure what that fee is but overall it makes it too expensive to use all the time which would have been great as they were good.

    Also secondly some items have reward points but i did not get, i had to keep asking which was annoying. Eventually milkrun provided the points in good faith thankyou

  • First time using it

    I have to say the fact that I was able to use a free delivery because I was not bothered leaving the house that day I used milk run was pretty good if you follow the app you can see your shopping get done and it Tracks on how your shopping is coming along it even said it might be delayed but that’s ok it saved me time while I was studying leaving the house and coming back again I found it convenient and definitely will use again. I didn’t have wait for a time slot at all! I got my delivery within two hours. It even gives you the name
    Of your delivery milk run person and you can also let them know you want it left on the door.

  • Yay Milkrun

    So convenient, fast delivery, and mostly happy delivery staff!
  • Good when it works, but often does not

    I have tried the app many times for the convenience but the experience is anything but when issues are encountered, which is ALL OF THE TIME.

    My local store in Woolloomooloo is clearly useless and accurately and timely filling orders. If a product is unavailable they just don’t deliver it, even for a loaf of bread (my experience today) when there are literally hundreds of other substitutions.

    The drivers often say that they have arrived at the store and the delivery was not ready, which is why the estimated delivery time gets pushed back, and back, and back each time I have ordered.
