Lomi Bear-proofed My Garbage
Lomi bear-proofed my garbage! Last week all of the garbage cans in my Northern New Jersey neighborhood where emptied by bears except for mine because all of my food waste is processed by Lomi and none of it goes into the garbage can. Another reason I am so glad I got a Lomi.Northern NJ Bob
I love the Lomi but the app is frustrating
I’m trying to change the frequency of the filter delivery and they make it very cumbersome…
It leaves the impression that they are so worried about the subscription fee, they count on the frustration of not being able to change it so they can keep their money coming in every quarter. Not good customer service.
Apps are supposed to make things easier not more difficult
