  • Treat their employees poorly

    This company does not care about its drivers. I was terminated for reason unknown. Ive been communicating with their chat support everyday for 3 weeks now and everytime I ask for an explanation, they tell me the same thing , “ this issue will be sent to the higher up team because apparently it doesn’t say the reason for my termination”They don’t have a contact number just an email so they reach back to you whenever they want . I have yet to have heard from anyone about this ongoing situation.
    This company used to thrive and I used to talk so good about this company. Now you barely get paid minimum wage , every 6 months or so they reduce the wait pay , went from $0.22/min to like $0.15/min , there’s never any parking in this location so you have to park around the block or so and the reason that’s an concern is because if you aren’t at the facility within 2 minutes of accepting the order they give it to someone else . I live in a high traffic area , just going around the block takes an estimation of at least 4-5 min . These driver jobs don’t care about there workers anymore, just the money they’re collecting from customers.

  • Take sides of wild and random no proof “tips”

    Someone created a false report. I was direct and honest about joking next door with a liquor store and I can tell two American women interactions caused it they try to deputize ppl in charge when in reality every single order was delivered fine no issues. I have a real registered business with the state. Work under 90 days then support finally called me at a very bad time snooty American woman never addressed herself clearly. This has to stop I was swore at racial slurs by text of a customer and they never help support only answers since diners don’t leave their number. Also no tips low pay something was way off. They let the Americans at Harlem ave Chicago gossip and talk about guns but violate our freedom of speech as IC. They also let highly wound up older Americans work at Harlem ave and jump into conversations when new ppl want to learn the platform. U make friends working in reality they terminate where you spend a third of your life!! something is way off here

    The application should provide the option for you to make just one order when it falls into a double order, sometimes one is close to the other and the other is too far away, there could be the option for you to reject just one.
  • Making money dependent on tips

    The base pay for trips isn’t very high at all. Even during a snowstorm you get offers less than $2/order and it’s bad for your rating not to accept. They say the algorithm accounts for hazards but it doesn’t and nothing will be done about anything that arises such as the active police chase I had to deliver through the other day or the slippery roads last night. No one tipped so I made less than half minimum wage.
    Rate days I make decent or even good money. There’s just no rhyme or reason to it. Missions don’t seem to be offered when you’re scheduled. I’m offered missions which are valid only during the time the facility is closed even though they’re supposedly individualized. The order of deliveries doesn’t always make sense leaving you to zigzag rather than take an efficient route. I still deliver bc I need the money but I wish they would be more considerate of their drivers.

  • It’s OK, but a few things need to be fixed

    I started delivering for GoPuff about two months ago. I really like the concept of not having to shop for items or being pinged from restaurant to restaurant. But they need to make more blocks available during daytime hours, and give all drivers the hours they requested for a few reasons. One is that the location I drive for is not in the best part of Greensboro, NC. Another is that they have no problem sending us to neighborhoods that should be avoided after dark. In fact, this facility is located near 3 housing projects that are unsafe, even during the day. I do try to keep my acceptance rate at 50% or above, but there are certain streets I won’t deliver to because they’re unsafe. Most of the people who live in these areas are low or no-tippers. You’ll lose money on deliveries like these. If I have to wait for orders, then I would be better off on DoorDash, GrubHub or UberEats, where I can wait at home for a decent offer. I get to decide which neighborhoods I deliver to.

  • Incomplete functionality

    Hello Gopuff Team. This app is overall working good but there is no option to reject the order after the offer is accepted. Without accepting offer we don’t know how much components are inside or whether is it containing alcohol or not. So we need to visit store supervisor some of them are rude people so we don’t wanna do so as independent drivers. Thank you

  • FIND ANOTHER ON DEMAND JOB

    GoPuff has drastically changed over the years for drivers. While all other platforms are looking for ways to increase drivers’ pay, GoPuff constantly find ways to decrease how much drivers make. I went from making $800-$900/weekly between delivery blocks, bonuses, and other miscellaneous incentives but now driving the same hours I’m only averaging $300-$400/weekly (driving during peak times). As you can see from all the other reviews, no matter the complaint their representatives just copy and paste the same things. They refuse to let us know if a customer tips or not because they care more about making them money than letting us decide if a trip is worth the money. I would highly recommend finding another on-demand job as this one does not care about the earnings of their drivers and I guarantee when they reply to this it’ll just say they’ll relay the information instead of actually doing something because that’s all the do.
