What I’m about to tell you is crazy. Im at regular at a warehouse where recently a guy who used to be a regular that closed with me went to jail. They told me the manager was going to give him a couple shifts throughout the whole month. I said to myself, ain’t no way he’s approving that. Also another worker, who I got nothing against, has been being late to work everyday like 45min-1hr late for a good time now. With the manager I currently work with he’s strict/hard-headed, micromanager, and favoritism) against other people I’ve seen in the past for less severe situations and they’ve been blocked. He blocked my friend for making a 2nd careless mistake by canceling less than 24hrs, alongside the others, she was within the timeframe. She’s a very busy person and disorganized herself. Anyway I used to like working the location where I’m at but not anymore. It feels like I’m in a parallel universe or something…
