Love this app

I’ve even using this app since I started seeing Sanitas and is a total success. In a matter of minutos I connect with a provider and he helps me with whatever I need. The app has never given me any problems and I can connect at any time , from anywhere I am. I love it!

Highly recommend. You are able to see a provider through camera if you’re sick or need anything. You are able to see your results and any other document on your account. Please download you will need it !!

I have been using this app over 2 years and I can't explain how excellent this app is, anytime I would like to connect or make an appointment it is very convenient, super easy to look at my history, results and medication. If I could leave a 10/10 I would super happy with mysanitas app!❤️❤️

They neglect their patients

Worst doctors I’ve ever been to. I should be able to verbally speak to my doctor when I call the office not be transferred to a hotline someone in another state all together is in. Furthermore this app needs to stop blocking my account. These people never remind me to set appointments or keep track of my old appointments for me to make future ones. And when and if I do ever check this app they always block my account with no reason given and if it’s because I wasn’t active then there should be a notification warning about when the account will be blocked. Common sense would tell you to have a feature like that but I forgot you guys couldn’t care less about us patients. Sad you call yourselves a doctors office.

No “Messages” tab

Although you will get notified you have received a new “message” from your provider, there is no tab to retrieve messages. This should be one of the main components of any health provider app to have a clear and easy way to communicate and receive correspondence with your provider. But this App fails to have this basic feature. It also does not record your past/future encounter. Bad all across.

Wow it’s not a well developed app

There’s so many issues from the beginning. Trying to create an account had glitches. It’s just not working properly. Also after I made my first appointment and hit the confirmation button, the screen just went blank. No message of confirmation. It didn’t bring me back to the Home Screen. Just blank. There’s things that need to be worked on for this to be a successful app. If I didn’t have to use it for insurance purposes I would have deleted the app.

Needs improvement

This app is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I read the good reviews and bad reviews and decided to try anyway. The bad reviews are accurate. You’re having technological issues that could drastically effect the safety and health of your patients. I’ve seen my doctor online, I’ve had an account for a long time. No problems until I downloaded and used the app. First it said I did not have an account. This is incorrect. Then when I used the chat help they told me they were unable to help. Then when I tried to sign in with the info that is directly connected to my account online, which is how integration works, I was locked out and blocked from my account and access. When I called the help line they said it would take at least 48 hours to get a tech person to call me back. This is not acceptable. If this had happened three days ago to me it really would’ve effected my ability to see my specialist. The glitches and the long wait time to even begin trying to fix what wasn’t broken, my account, opens Sanitas to potentially huge liability. What if someone was in the middle of a medical emergency and this happened? You really need to fix this app, fix the integration of online to app to account, and you need to provide much faster tech help solutions. This app is a real problem and will open you to liability at some point if this continues. Your service overall is a great model but this app is a liability. It NEEDS to be fixed.
