Losing chat history
The app really needs the ability to revisit text chat histories with the healthcare providers. Whenever you try to have a text conversation with the healthcare provider, if your phone screen turns off for a few minutes while you’re waiting for them to reply, then you often lose the chat history and have to start again providing them with your name date of birth location, phone number, and describing your health issues again. This is a feature I use most frequently in the app and it’s really frustrating that this is how it works.

Great Resource!
An amazing tool that allows you to have access to your health 24/7! I am able to reach a provider at any given moment for anything. I appreciate the fact that I can access my labs and records through the app. A must have App if you are a Sanitas patient!

How do I add kids?
I used my email address when I brought my young kids in for appointments. I’m stuck as to how to add their accounts. I can’t create new accounts — because we have the same email address.

This app doesn’t work!
And support chat just responds with scripted answers so you never really get a solution.
Try to create an account, says user partially exists. EVERY TIME! Yet I can login on the actual website and everything is completely fine.
I downloaded the Healow app and it links with Sanitas as well and so does my insurance provider’s app as well, so I gave up on this one as it’s literally USELESS.
