Stop using
Apartment complexes should stop using this company ! It’s difficult to manage and can’t add a second vehicle after only adding one to the acc. Got a second car and tried to add it to my permits but nothing. Ever since my apartment complex moved to virtual parking it’s been a major issue.

This app is the worst. It does not let you add on time before it expires. Unlike most advanced apps, there’s no warning, no notification, and no grace period.

Not user friendly, is telling me there’s multiple accounts per my email address, doesn’t load anything, this is just garbage.

Have to re-register my guests every time they come over, instead of being able to save your favourites. Doesn’t remember my username and password.

Poor VPP Customer Service
I was unable to edit my information on the app. I kept getting the message to contact my apt leasing office. The personnel at the leasing office were little help. All they gave me was the phone number for VPP tech support. The tech support personnel were not much help. They spoke poor English and the phone connection was poor. One of tech support persons had a dog continually barking in the background. I was put on hold approximately a half dozen times, sometimes for 5 minutes at a time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This app is a scam my car got towed because all of the sudden this app is stating I don’t have a profile when I’ve BEEN using it for my guests.
No account access
I created my account add my vehicle but now when I try and access my account it’s stating I don’t have one. Error message call your apartment complex to reset your password, needless to say I did they have no clue nor code to reset password. Why would the apartment complex choose a app that is dis functional. I emailed the support team still waiting on a response.
