they towed our cars 3 times 3 TIMES, thats around $900-1000 if your apartment complex uses this app please get out of there you will be guaranteed a car tow for no reason
Terrible App Designed to Profit the towing companies
This app is so inflexible that limits only to one permanent car and guest car has to be the same day. I can’t even add two guest cars.
None of that makes any sense and the entire purpose is a scam to help the towing companies make profits at the expense of innocent people!

What’s the Point
Forced to use something without talking to the residents first. Can’t have permits for your minors without paying to have them added to the lease. No true notification of start date. Random towing of ppl who have lived here for years..Worst app/towing scam ever.
Can’t add 2nd car
How can you add another car? There is no option for that!!

I wonder how much these folks make off of every car towed? Terrible user interface, not able to copy and paste past guest permits to make it easier, no ability to change the time/dates. No way of showing where your car may have been taken. Awful application and hope no company, apartment complex uses this platform

Needs Work
My apartment complex forced us to start using this app but it has not met my expectations. Here are some improvements that would greatly help:
1. Remember past guest permits I have issued. I have to issue one each time I have a guest and I typically have the same few guests visiting. Having to re-enter the same information each time is extremely tedious
2. Keep me logged in for longer. It seems like I have to log in each time I open the app. No one is going to hack my account to give fake parking passes, so just keep me logged in.
3. Let me issue more than one guest pass at a time. 3 or 4 would be a more reasonable max. 1 is ridiculous.
4. Let me issue guest passes for longer than the default 24 hours. If I have guests visiting for the weekend, I need to issue the same pass 2 or 3 times.

Horrible
Parking for guest hardly works, but they love to tow if you don’t use this app smh
Very horrible app
This app is a scam. Whoever that created this app or own this app should allow add, delete and edit. It is not user friendly and you are forced to register a car for 24 hours even though the car is only at your business or apartment for 10 minutes. Then you can not delete it or add another vehicle. Very horrible app and a scam
