  • Wonderful app, lovely Dr.

    Short, sweet and to the point. The Dr was very nice, personable and helpful. I was able to have my issue addressed quickly and should have a prescription in the morning. Should any problems arise with the prescription not being there tmrw or something else, I will update my review, but as it currently stands, I would recommend these services to anyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It was private, free (with insurance) and very quick, I had an appointment in a matter of minutes after entering my personal info, insurance and pharmacy information and selecting appointment time and a Dr all from the convenience of my home. You will need to allow access to your camera, microphone and Bluetooth and also have your ID ready in the event that they need to verify your identity.

    Met with Dr. Ana Lisa Carr. She listened to my problem and was very nice and explained my options. The appointment was quick, easy, and effective. I definitely recommend using these services!

    I have a sinus infection and within five minutes the doctor had sent a prescription over for some antibiotics. Well worth the fee thank you very much.
  • Negligent doctor, prescribed wrong medication

    I made an appointment with a doctor to delay my period for a very expensive vacation. I took the prescribed medication as directed, but when it didn’t stop my period I found out it was because the wrong medication in the wrong dosage was given. I was given a dosage to stop ovulation (birth control) rather than delay menstruation. The customer service team was unwilling to take any accountability and now what was meant to be romantic vacation that cost 10k is being ruined by my period. Totally negligent. Avoid at all costs.

    We apologize for your bad experience. We reviewed your case, and we can see that customer support asked 2 separate times from your doctor to confirm if the medication and the dose were correct, and both times, your doctor confirmed that the medication and the dose were accurate, as the prescribed dose is the safe starting dose for your requested outcome. Your doctor did not prescribe you a birth control dose. Your doctor prescribed you a dose that is 14x+ times higher dose than the recommended dose for birth control prescription. Customer support asked you to start a new visit to review your dose or prescribe a new medication. We can also see that you have shared a link with customer support for your requested outcome, which included off-label and not FDA-approved dose information. The recommended medication in that link for the outcome was the same as prescribed by your doctor. Doctors need to follow their best judgment and follow guidelines if they prescribe off-label and/or not FDA-approved doses. We can also see that you had another visit with another doctor on the DrHouse platform and received your requested dose. Please email us at support@drhouse.com if you have any other questions.

    So glad I found this app! With every doctor office being understaffed and taking months to get in just to get a refill on a prescription, all while always waiting hours in an office, I am grateful I found DrHouse. Instead of waiting weeks, I waited 15 min to get on a quick video chat and a refill ordered very quickly. Will definitely be using again in the future.

  • Terrible doctors

    Made an appointment with a doctor the day before By the name Dr. Pandya had a conversation with her and she keeps rushing to end our call mind she was 8mins late and the call last only 10mins. She send a prescription to my pharmacy they call me to let me know they don’t have it and can’t get in contact with the doctor. The only way I can was to pay her again !!! Then I make an appointment next morning just for her not to show up. Then I speak with customer more support who reschedule me same day just to say they hope she shows up… who the f says that to someone?! Weird app full off unprofessional people. -0/10

    We reviewed your case, and unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation and miscommunication. We apologize from our side. Unfortunately, if your pharmacy did not have your medication in stock, they should have offered you the chance to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy that had it in stock. We can also see that your doctor tried to call your pharmacy, but they did not answer, so she left a voicemail. Doctors cannot pick up their phones during visits. Unfortunately, one of our customer support agents has mistakenly given you the wrong recommendation, and the other one has also misunderstood you, as, in addition to asking to transfer a medication, you wanted to request new documents from your doctor. Your initial second visit was canceled because your doctor had internet connection problems, but our customer support booked a new time for you that was only 1 hour later and said that they hope the technical problems will be fixed by then. Your doctor managed to fix her technical problems, and your visit took place. Your doctor was 10 minutes early for your second rescheduled visit. We apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication, and we have issued a refund for your second visit.

    Dr Carr understood my problem and discussed treatment. Listened carefully to my symptoms and prescribed medication that I needed. Visit was fast and Dr Carr very friendly. Gave instructions for follow up and if any questions arise. Will definitely use again.
