    I signed up and saw a doctor within an hour of getting on the app, I explained my anxiety and mood swings and how they affected my day to day life and I explained the medications that my previous doctors prescribed weren’t working for me and they talked me through everything. They are very helpful

    Quick and easy. If there’s issues they fix it themselves and give information needed with a solution if not path to a solution as well.

  • Confused by charges

    I’ve been paying monthly for a subscription to Dr House & then it just stopped charging me & I had to pay $120 for 1 single virtual visit just now 🤔 wat have I been paying monthly for 🤷‍♀️ dr was great & helpful though very nice lady

    Dear client! We see that after leaving this review, you talked with our customer support. Our customer support discovered that you had created two accounts with two different phone numbers and names. One of the accounts has a subscription, and the other does not. Your last visit was made with an account that does not have a subscription. We can also see that despite having a visit from an account that did not have a subscription, you were given a partial refund, so your visit would cost the same as your account with a subscription. We always encourage to write to our 24/7 customer support chat, who can help with all kinds of issues.
  • No Attention or Care

    The doctor I saw was $129 and did not listen to my concerns or questions. He spent less than 2 minutes on the phone with me—a total waste of money. I do not recommend. Go to a doctor in person. This is too expensive for “convenience” when now I’m out the money and it is actually an inconvenience

  • Never got an appointment..

    Was told it’d take 15 minutes to be seen. Waited 2 hours and ended up missing an important event waiting. They texted and said I could be seen the next day and that they didn’t have any available appointments. The next day I waited almost an hour for my appointment, which never happened. I asked what was going on and they said they could not locate a doctor in my state. I ended up getting a refund and going with Doctor on Demand, who ended up seeing me in 5 minutes!

    We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, before the visit, we didn't know in which state you are currently, and the displayed wait time is the average wait time for all states. Unfortunately, we did not have providers available in your state as we just recently opened the service in your state, and only 1 provider was scheduled for your visit dates. Due to unforeseen personal reasons, the provider was not available. Our team tried their best to find a replacement provider as soon as possible, but unfortunately, they did not find a provider. We provided you a refund immediately after you asked for it and also provided you a free visit credit that you can use in the future. Again, our sincerest apologies for the situation.
