Just OK

App tells you power generated - about it.
What would really be cool is if it told you the value of the energy produced! Not in carbon but in dollars.

Beautiful App

This is a beautifully designed app that gives me all the information I need.

Very bad service for emergency

On June 5th. My house burned down and until now 3-3-24 they have not removed the panels. Sunova does not have a maintenance service. They assign other companies only Mamés do an email. The same one they say they send and never arrives. The next day they cancel the order and there is no way they can give you the service. I am calling every day of the week talking to operators and supervisors. They only say that they are going to submit the
Order to the maintenance department and they won't arrive until now. To charge me for the panel remodeling service, they called me every day until I paid them. After that there is no way they will get the job. I can't work inside because the water leaks. In this rainy time. When they rented me the system they promised me that in emergencies they are efficient and that they have maintenance personnel within 24 hours. It's already 6
Meces and I have no answer. I told them to give me the money back so I could remove it on my own and there is no way they would renew the money. Very bad attention.

Really want to love this app, but something won’t let me!

Since the update, the app is intermittent connecting to my system, I’ve tried to reinstall and reset my solar system ( power down and reactivate)
No errors or app saying there is a problem, just won’t display my solar production

App does not display data

I cannot get any information from this app. It says “getting your system information” and it just spins. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and I have the most current iOS.

UPDATE. I reached out to customer support before I wrote this review and received no response.

Does not work

Since I got this app it has not work correctly. I have talk to Sunnova support and it has work for Few hours , but then it goes blank and doesn’t show me what I’m producing or have produced making me very frustrated.

Usually unusable

(iPhone 14 and 15) This app regularly signs me out every couple of weeks, takes several minutes to load IF it loads anything which is 50/50, only allows me to view 7 day production history even though there’s options to view different time periods. This on top of the company literally sending the bill to a different name and address than mine (even with me calling them to ask for the bill because I wasn’t receiving it) and demanding late fees for their billing mistakes!

Good App Generally - Real-time Info Lacking

Generally a good app with an intuitive layout, but it does t show real-time production info most times.

The website does provide such info, but the app for some reason doesn’t.

Otherwise all good!

Worst app

Since one year. I am using this app nothing useful called and emailed multiple times to customer support but no proper response from the support team .I never suggest or recommended any one to go with this solar company
