Broken app

My system has been up and running. App still says it’s not. Every time I click on billing, it crashes. Deleting this app until it’s fixed. And yes, it’s the 14.0 new version.

Crashes and doesn’t track data

The app does not appear to track usage data like it represents. Even if it did, who could tell since it crashes every time you open it.

Not a working app

I’m not sure what the issue is but nothing I’m this app is working. Pretty useless app at this time as the production levels are not displaying for me, and I cannot do anything within it.

I’m not sure how much solar im producing. Pretty awful

App is not working, after setting up and login to app, it shuts down immediately.

App crashes, can’t even use it!

I open the app, click solar and it either closes altogether, goes to a white screen, or flashes the data for a second and then exits. Unfortunate.

Now I know why this company has bad reviews all over. This app is useless and doesn’t give any helpful data to you.

The app better, now the but- How can production match consumption and how can it know what the usage is without having the current transformers installed. Please help us to understand.

Early

App seems to run smoothly but the user interface is not incredibly intuitive. It’s unclear that you can/should click on the panels, or home, or utility pole to get to your systems performance page. Once there, the page shows equal consumption and production numbers for each month, which seems like flawed data.

As a result, I don’t find a use for the app at this point.
