  • Colony game

Pretty good game so far. The UI needs a little tweaking (sometimes you can’t click out of the building menus and have to get out of the game completely before reloading g and continuing). I’m new to the game so far, but would like to see more accessible mining options (they might be there, I just haven’t gotten that far yet). It’s been fun building my own colony. Looking forward to updates as well as more worlds to build on.
Two of my biggest issues are, mines that are depleted don’t disappear, nor is there currently a way to delete them from the mining screen. My other issue is a lack of “building a security force” to prevent the frequent “thefts by disgruntled settlers” or even in helping to prevent the terrorist bombings/murders by the so called “Sons of Mars”.

  • Glitch

So my game glitched and now it’s stuck at the same point. For some reason it’s having me build the command center at the end of the tutorial. I have one all ready built but it keeps prompting me to build one and you can only have one. So because it’s still prompting me I can’t do anything else. Also for some reason it’s not saving to my cloud data so I can’t go in and just delete the data files. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall it but the data is still there and I’m still stuck at the same point.

  • Great concept

I love the concept, and it’s even renewed my interest in the original game. I do have some disagreements with it though. First, random events about “freak accidents” happen so often, I intentionally do not leave the game open too long just in case they happen. If you’re going to kill 5 people and make the game ridiculously difficult, could you at least come up with a creative explanation for what, exactly, happened? Second, “disgruntled settlers” keep stealing stuff. Stuff that’s essential for the survival of themselves AND their colleagues. We’re not talking about stealing the office stapler, we’re talking half the supply of repair kits. Aside from how STUPID that would be, where are they going to run? They’re trapped on MARS, for goodness sake. You wanna suffocate because you stole the one thing that could have repaired the oxygen generators and the crew weren’t smart enough to just turn you in? I don’t understand the logic behind this feature…

  • Great game, can’t wait for it to be finished

Love the game, as frustrating as the bugs are I understand this game is still being developed and made.
Can’t wait for the kinks to be ironed out so the games stops crashing
Great gameplay and it’s not just a simple set up and reap the rewards, the different worlds / colonies keep you on your toes with their different challenges

  • Pretty good but kinda bad

So I very much love the idea of the game, it definitely has potential, which is exactly the reason I downloaded it, but something went wrong

After I first completed the tutorial I decided my city didn’t look nice, because I had randomly been placing the buildings, I reloaded the game, did the tutorial again and got a more geometric city.

Eventually i got my first rocket to land, the one that brings in 10 engineers I think, unfortunately when it landed, the game bugged, the screen showing that I first landed showed up, and asked for my first words in mars, then to build a command center, except i already did, so it wouldn’t let me, I’m now trapped in the building menu, I have reloaded the game many times, but I’m still stuck in the place after the first words, and I can’t do anything, please fix this glitch

    Overall 3 out of 5

  • Game is awesome but adverse events are an issue

As the title says. I’m all for incidents that shake up the gameplay but the frequency is very high. I keep getting dead settlers and broken down facilities which I can’t afford or can barely afford to repair. You need to cut down the frequency a good 50% considering that the game already has timers for research, exploration, construction etc and adding too many adverse events is essentially making the game frustrating for no reason. I get that you want the game to be exciting but you already developed a hybrid between a city builder and an idle game, which worked out fine, but its mechanics are incompatible with rts-style emergencies which need to be dealt with immediately or you lose because yeah, it doesn’t work. On a side note, I noticed the same thing lately on the original TerraGenesis. I started the latest scenario, Europa, and in the span of an hour got hit with three separate terrorist events that destroyed multiple buildings in the only city I could found. As scenarios are timed, I just abandoned it since there was no way to build up the credits reconstruct everything.

  • Want to rate higher but 4* might be too high already

The game is extremely buggy. Can’t play for more than 1 minute before it shuts down. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Thought that fixed it but no, still happening.
I get how they are small independent company, at least that is what all the support and faq’s say and also that this is in beta testing?!? If this is in beta testing why are all the packages so expensive to buy. They should be $0.99 or something since we are testing this game for you.
Might try the OG terraforming. Hopefully it is better than this one.

  • I like this game but bugs

I really like this game but there’s so many bugs at the moments with gameplay, it’s basically frozen I can’t advance.
  • Really good game, found a bug with the happiness rating

I have enjoyed this game but a major problem I have found is that my happiness rating in the game is stuck a 0% which means that I get no space tourism or higher productivity. I have strategically placed gyms and arcades( currently have 4 gyms and 5 arcades) around the area. On the map there are no red spots. Only green and light blue ones!

  • Good game

The game is great. Enjoying it a lot but The biggest problem I have is the frequency of negative events. I can’t even play for 3 mins without someone dying or stealing something or a machine break down. I get that negative events are cool and provide game play but my god I have to log in once or twice a day and log right out to keep something from happening. If you don’t you won’t have the cash to run a shuttle to earth to get people or a repair kit. Maybe the events shouldn’t start till 72 hours after starting the game to allow you to build a foundation and cash or make the frequency ALOT less. After doing a few researches that provide money per min I might now be able to log in for more then 3 mins cause I can deal with the problems.

    Just my 2 cents.
