  • Love the app, workouts never change though

    I love this app, I've been using it for almost 2 years. The workouts are great. However, new workouts, in any of the sections, have not been added to since I've been using. And there are a lot of repeat lifts and strength moves in separate workouts.
    I'm hoping Kylie updates and adds new workouts soon, my body needs new challenges.
    I highly recommend this app to start with. I'm just disappointed with the lack of introduction of anything new and different.
  • App is very glitchy

    Workouts are good however app has many glitches. If you accidentally hit complete workout, you can’t go back. Also, the app will sometimes crash loosing your workout, you can only find the workout again if you remember the name or if you had favorited it. Very frustrating. Also every time I complete a workout, the app completely crashes and I have to re-open, it does save the completed workout but very annoying it crashes. I have use this app for a month and all these glitches are consistent and happen every day I do a workout. (5x a week)
  • BEST APP EVER!!

    This app has benefited me in so many ways and has given me so many new workout and food ideas! It has helped me stay consistent and build a lifestyle that I can constantly keep up with and feel amazing inside and out. Kylie has built a platform that can benefit so many different kinds of people based off their preferred workouts and meal plans. She is such an inspiration and cares for everyone!

    if you’re looking to get back into the gym and need help, Healthies is your bestie!!! y’all the workouts are absolutely killer. you have a plethora of options & it just about has everything you can think of from HIIT, to running, to weight lifting. my favorite section is definitely the HIIT & those leave me questioning why i love this section so much (in the best way possible). i’ve never seen a running section like the one in Healthies, and it’s perfect if you’re starting to get into running. the lifting portion is literally chef’s kiss. and to top it off, Healthies has a nutrition section with a grocery list AND meals created by Kylie herself!!! what?! it’s unreal y’all. don’t take it from me - download the app, and do the free trial run and try it out for yourself. Healthies does not disappoint!!!!

    I love this app so much! I love you easy it is to use but I love all the workouts and recipes it has to offer!! I love working out but don’t always know what I want to do. This app completely takes away that problem for me. It has so many workouts for anyone! The recipes are so yummy and also simple and practical for my life! I love using them to help inspire me with some ideas for food. I could not recommend this app enough and would recommend it to anyone!!
  • Achieving Goals!!

    I absolutely love this app! As a retired D1 cross country runner, I was looking for a way to expand my horizons from running a lot and lifting a little, to balancing the two; focusing more on lifting weights! The HEALTHiES app took the thinking out of it for me, and helped me achieve my muscle-building goals! I even have gained more confidence in the gym, since I have the workouts planned out already!! This app is super convenient and very easy to use. I’m forever thankful for HEALTHiES!!!!!

    I love this app and all of the features it has! It is so user friendly and can be used at home and in the gym. I have followed Kylie for a while now and recognize the love and dedication she has poured into healthies. It means a lot to her and her followers (me being one). If you haven’t tried out the app yet you definitely should. You can get a free trial as well to see if you like it before fully committing!

    Have been fallowing Kylie since she was in college when I saw she made the app immediately got it and so far this app has help me stay motivated I’m days I don’t know what to do at the gym or even at home. Love that is just not lifting is also hitt workouts because I myself love high intensity workouts and the feeling after. All I can say is get the app won’t regret it this girl deserves everything.🫶🏼

    I have been an athlete growing up and played soccer in college, I recently graduated and have had a hard time making my own workouts when I go to the gym since I was always used to getting a workout packet from our trainer. This app has been great for me, these workouts push me to stay in shape and get a hard workout in like I would in collegiate soccer. It has been so helpful in continuing to workout in the gym and with running! I also love the recipes, they are healthy & yummy and gives me ideas on what to eat!

    I have been using HEALTHiES since January and I love how when I go to the gym I know exactly what I’m doing and how to do each workout. There’s a little video for each workout so you know exactly how to do the exercise. I also love how it says how long each workout will take so that you have a better idea of how to plan your time in the gym! Also the smoothies are soooo good! I love this app and have told a lot of my friends about it!
