Not as good as the big dogs
Overall, a fine Sportsbook. Missing some of the bells and whistles that the DraftKings, Caesars, FanDuel of the world have, which is to be expected. However, can we please fix the annoying team abbreviation glitch? Half of them are dead wrong and have never existed, for example the New Orleans Saints show as “NEW” instead of “NO”. If we can get this to go away, there’s not too much to complain about.Show lessbetter mcgetter
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Simply the worst app I have ever used. It physically pains me to not be able to give this a 0 star rating. Majority of the time I click anything, the app crashes and I have to re login. The worst of all is that I guess they didn’t approve of how much I was winning & have effectively banned me from betting. I have tried to contact customer service and the most guidance I was given by a clueless woman named Patricia was “delete and redownload the app”. Surprise surprise it didn’t solve my problems. FIX THE APP
Everything on this app works smoothly… until it’s time to withdraw your winnings.. I’m on day 2 of deleting and reinstalling the app, making sure I’m on the latest update on the phone with customer support and still nothing. Looks like the only way to get my winnings is to “wait for the bugs to be fixed” or “show up in person to collect my winnings” crazy…Show lesscb5517
Bet Satacen ease of use
There are issues trying to communicate with Saracen. Overall it's much better than the 'offshore' type apps. Once I figured out how to withdraw funds I've been very pleased.1971-73
No way to withdraw, plenty of methods to deposit
I have been playing on BetSaracen online for 6 months, the day they opened. I have never had an issue with any deposit coming right out of my account and into my betting account. Their 3 ways of withdrawing worked perfectly up until the past 3 days and its impossible to get my money out. The rep told me over the phone that I may have to drive to the casino, which is 4 hours for me, to get my money. This is ridiculous! They have held my winning hostage for 3 days now with no good reasoning and lies from their reps by telling me to contact my bank, because my withdrawal was approved and my bank was the issue. After talking with my bank and them telling me that they havent receive any payment to my debit card account, the Saracen casino rep just cancels it all out and gives me no options to withdraw my money except for Skrill. I dont use Skrill. This is terrible service. They were the best in the state before these past 4 days. Be careful depositing. You may never receive your money or be able to withdraw unless you show up at their casino in person. And if you do show up, good luck still. My withdrawal was approved and i was expecting it in my bank account after waiting longer than normal, and then they just put in back in my betting account due to their systems being down. Updates are Trash!!
Ever since the update the app has been trash! Can’t even place bets bc it says “bet is no longer available” even though it’s been up all day long with no change? App is glitchy now and not responsive… get it together smh. Wouldn’t recommend using until they get it figured out.los2286
Terms of service
App is making me agree to the changed “terms and conditions” but no matter how many times I click the agree button, nothing happens. Can’t access the app OR, you know, MY money..PunkianJ
Slow to Close Bet Lip/Tickets
Numerous times it has taken 15-20 mins, after a bet hit, for my tickets to close and payout into my balance. Odds and lines can change rapidly within the app but getting a ticket that was a winner paid out timely is an issue. Absolute garbage
I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to pull my money out of this app to close my account, you can deposit super easy with venmo but can’t withdraw the same way? This app is a borderline scam. Save your time and money and use a trusted app like draft kings or fan duel.elonsdog
Good, not Great
This app needs a better user interface. So far, placing bets, depositing money and all other things have gone well. Happy that online sports betting has come to Arkansas but it is lacking in a great UI. Still is usable but could be better!App veiwer
