IMO this is the best planner, and I swear I have tried them all! The interface is easy to use, it’s not buggy, and setting recurring events and tasks is easy. I’m a first time mom with ADHD, so I’m needing to keep track of EVERYTHING with no brain cells and this app makes it easy.
My favorite feature is being able to add subtasks to each task. For example I can create a “morning routine” task and fill it with subtasks like brushing my teeth and hair and set it to repeat every day. Unlimited subtasks are a paid feature, but this app is actually super cheap (like $3 a month or $17 for a lifetime subscription) so I’m willing to pay.
My only feedback is I wish the arrow to expand and collapse subtasks was bigger, as I frequently miss-tap and open the task for editing. This is a pretty small deal though.

I have tried a lot of calendars over the years. Most never did what I wanted, some were buggy, most expensive, and many were bloated with customizations. I’ve never been as happy with a calendar app as I’ve been with this one. It’s simple, has just enough customizations to make it functional for me, works flawlessly. I especially like the shading of important dates, the ability to change the color of individual items instead of being saddled with the calendar lists color. The page flip animation is just a cute extra. It takes a bit of getting used to over using a standard full page month calendar, but, once you’ve used it awhile, the tabs down the side (changeable from left side to right side) are actually a big advantage to moving through various views. There’s also a variety of fonts. I totally enjoy this as my only calendar. Highly recommend.
I was a user of their previous app “AnyPlan”, I even followed them on Twitter. Apple deleted their previous app and never provided a reason to their paying customers. I looked around and tried several other similar apps but none were as well structured as AnyPlan was. Thankfully! This team quickly came back with there new app PlanMore with very similar structure as their previous app. The most outstanding part in my opinion though, is that this team allowed previous owners to download their apps for free. That right there show care to their customers. This app truly is worth the one time payment. Keep up the good work!
This would have been the perfect planner/calendar except for one thing which makes it completely worthless.I downloaded this because I wanted a second calendar/planner other than the main Google calendar that comes on the phone. My employer uses that (Google)for work dates and information and when I add my personal information it just becomes too much and things get lost in the shuffle. This is a beautiful calendar and would be perfect for my use, except it will not allow me to put in any events or dates unless I am synced to the Google calendar, which is exactly what I was trying to get away from. I don’t understand why this cannot work independently and let me put in information without being synced to another calendar.
I tried digital planners. Better than paper but still work to keep things updated, moving tasks from day to day or copying events from weekly view to daily view. This is what a planner should be. I started with their older product and was happy, this new incarnation is super. Other similar products are ok for keyboard entry, but this works flawlessly with the Apple Pencil. I can enter events in different views just writing them and see them in all views. I can add tasks either time sensitive or not. I can even make notes show on the day I created them or a future time when I’ll need the information. It works great on both my iPad Pro and my iPad Mini. It even works well on my iPhone when I’m away from both iPads. It would be great to have a Mac version.
There are areas for improvement but the development team seems to take suggestions. I also will note that customer support is excellent. They have responded to issues I had quickly and with the information I needed. If you need to keep on top of a busy life, BUY this app.
For years I have been searching, and trying different calendars and planners, looking for one that met even most of my needs. Recently I was on again-looking at apps when I saw a “new” one that had a rating higher than I had ever seen - 4.9! When I saw it I was blown away. It had everything I was looking for, it was clear and intuitive and one of the best looking on the App Store. In fact the only thing that made it less than perfect was the fact that they do not (yet?) have an app for Mac and Apple Watch.
Congratulations on a great app that will be the unquestioned “Best Calendar App” if you create an App for Mac and Apple Watch.
I was a Franklin Covey lover for almost a decade after a boss trained us and put our team through the focus seminars. I used paper planners and actually had my three ring binders that kept my daily/weekly/monthly pages going back for previous years. I’ve always been surprised how it seems Franklin Covey didn’t fully embrace building a digital platform that was easy and accessible (guess they made a lot of money from selling paper pages), but finally Planmore has accomplished what I’ve been looking for ever since getting an iPhone 5. This is the best app to replicate goals/roles/task prioritization and planning that I have found after looking at dozens of apps over the years. I was able to build a task list for each of my roles and easily organize it to build my weekly priorities and then track on a daily bases. There are plenty of apps to simply build a task list, but this give all the customizations needed to make it them goal realizing lists. Thank you for providing the free version to show the potential and making it affordable to upgrading to Pro to get all the benefits. Cost less than a couple months of a paper planner, but makes organizing, repeating task, and shifting dates so much easier than paper. Well done and quick developer response in less than a day when I did have a question.
This app is really amazing.. saves money, data, time and effort… A lot beneficial for the ones who is maintaining dairy. This comes exactly like the physical dairy, you can manage the data on your finger tips. Easy to use, easy to access, easy to share much much much better than any diary or other app. This app has everything you needed.
I like all the features which are very precise user friendly and the UI is ultimate. Calendar, notes, todo lists, recurring events sub tasks , sorting, searching, filtering the data. Amazingly perfect app!!! A beautiful designed bug free app!! It’s to go app for anyone and everyone. Must download and use it.. This app is amazing. I never review apps. This might be one of my first. This app is amazing. The feel of it feels very similar to iOS and it functions great. This feels like a real day planner and using this on my iPad is amazing. I am not totally in love with the view on my phone, but it works. My main use is using it as a day planner on my iPad and for that it works great. The widgets look amazing as well. I am very impressed by this and can’t wait to see what features the devs add next
Two features I would add is first let us use an Apple Pencil to draw in the planner itself to add events and tasks without having in go tap the add task or event button. This would make it feel much more like a planner. Second, it would be cool to add scheduled tasks to the calendar view, especially if you could simply drag and drop them.
It feels unfair throwing a tantrum and not giving a 5 star especially considering it deserves it and the app is one of the best planners on the store and I rely on it heavily. But they newest update changed the UI and saying I’m not a fan is an understatement. The previous update allowed you to choose a modern layout or the classic design that looks like a tabular planner and I much preferred the modern look because the tabs just looked like such a dated aesthetic for planner apps. The new update went back to the tabular format, though much less dated than the old version. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker considering I’ve tried every single planner on the store (paid, free, and subscription) and this is head and shoulders the best, but I am going to complain the entire time like a child.
Edit: after the developer’s response, I can’t in good conscience not give them a 5 for something that isn’t in their control. I highly recommend this app to everyone looking for a planner.
