I have been using it since AnyPlan days. Very pleasing design and intuitive to use.
However, many more customization tools are required. Week and month views of calendar events are not useful as the Titles are obscured by the “time” field. In small screens of iPhones and iPads it is not very practical when one cannot read the Titles. Similarly, month view need options to simplify, (rather than splashes of color for whole day events). Please allow much more customization.

I cannot say enough about how accommodating this company is! Their app, AnyPlan was taken off the App Store, so they came back with Planmore. This calendar, all around organization app, is the best that I have used and I tried many others. For anyone that purchased the premium AnyPlan, they advised they’d accommodate for free the premium plan for Planmore and gave awesome, easy directions for you to do and email them. Well, let me tell you, they replied so quickly with my upgrade that I was literally shocked!! Their app has a wonderful aesthetic flow and very user friendly with so many options to organize my lifestyle!! I have recommend to my friends and they said it was slick! Much kudos! It’s hard to come by a great company that knows how to take care of their customers!!
Just so anyone thinking of downloading: all features cost a one time $20. And it’s just for more task groups, a week view (and one other view), and…actually, I’m unsure why the heck they’re asking twenty dollars for it, because it doesn’t seem like they give you much, hm?
The old app (AnyPlan “2022”) is an outdated agenda (that looks maybe a year or two older than this one). Personally, I still use it. But they said they would stop updating it. I now know why. They wanted to charge $20 for basically all the features, but probably couldn’t force all their users to do so.
$20?? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I could possible do $10. But $20? You don’t even have a widget to go on my Home Screen and you don’t offer very much that’s different other than fonts (and of course, only preloaded fonts, nothing that you download yourself, I’m sure). I could download ten other agenda apps that don’t cost a dime and offer the same. Just figured I’d give a heads up to anyone else thinking $20 is totally insane.
Just seems greedy as all get out to me.
I can’t find any sound settings or sound preferences for notifications and reminders! So far the app is lovely (purchased it today). But I wish I hadn’t done that until I knew everything as accessible —I am a sound person and need to hear something when I complete a task. Maybe I’m completely missing the sound function but I’ve searched everywhere on the app. I reached out to the app team. Waiting to hear back. Happy to reassess my review after they’ve contacted me and we’ve found a solution to the sound.
I absolutely love this planner app. I was looking for a way to organize my schedule but couldn’t find one that had everything I wanted. I actually received an email from someone recommending it to me and I’m so glad I downloaded it! I love how it looks like an actual journal and I’m able to see different tasks of what I need to check off. Also, I love that I get to customize the design. It’s super easy to use and there’s different layout features. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
This is the best app for planning and organizing! I have tried A LOT of others and PlanMore is by far the best! All of my notes, tasks and calendar in one place as well as It is so easy to use and understand. The developers respond to emails right away and are very helpful. I highly recommend the premium version of PlanMore, it is well worth it. When I found out Apple was no longer going to support the original AnyPlan, I was so worried because I spent years looking for an app like this. But the developers had it all under control with the new and improved app of PlanMore. It took less then 2 minutes (that includes an email question to and a response from the developers) to move all of my information over from AnyPlan to PlanMore. Thank you for an app that works so well!
An extremely well endowed Day Planner that will amaze those who give it a chance to “reveal its worth.” The configuration process for getting the the APP setup up in a way that “best for you,” is unexpectedly diverse. So much so, that the setup process is at first a bit daunting. And understanding the versatility embedded into the workings is essential to maximize the output. So, if you like your data [Events, Tasks, Agenda, Reminders, Lists, etc.] preserved and delivered in an “at your fingertips way,” this APP will handle the task with grace and style. Taking the extra time to truly “learn” the “workings” of this marvelous APP, is rewarded by having all of your Planning being there “upfront” to you across your iPhone and/or iPad. And all of your Devices will be AUTO synced [no added cost] without extra effort from you. This APP is “top drawer” and deserves more praise than I can deliver with this humble review…! JDYS
After going thru several digital planners, Planmore (AnyPlan 2.0) is by far the best. I like that it looks like a regular book when I have it horizontally. I like being able to change the fonts and other customization options. I really like the tasks because it lets you fill in the circle when you’ve done it. I wish they had it for events. I like being able to cross off what I’ve done for the day. If I can have those circles and stickers it would be perfect. Great app, great customer service too.
I’ve used many different e-planners looking for the one that could do everything my hard copy could, and not a lot of clutter, but they all fell short. I like a nice clean look. I kept going back to my At-A-Glance hard copy planner. But I didn’t want to carry it around all the time. Finally I came across this app and I love it. I can see daily, weekly, or monthly events. They are color coded and easy to read. It has the look of my hard copy planner. This is the perfect planner for me. I do have the Pro version, well worth the $19.

I have tried many similar apps both free and paid. Some were pretty good, some not so good. But I kept coming back to Planmore (formerly AnyPlan) and realized how practical and helpful it is on so many levels. It really makes my day so much easier and organized and I can keep track of so many different areas of my life. I really like the flexibility it has and the ability to add tasks to the calendar and the ability to add and edit notes has proven especially beneficial. The developers thought of everything!
There are so many great things about Planmore that I’d be here all day if I listed all the things this app gets right. Not having to pay for a subscription is a huge bonus and the one-time payment is well worth it in my opinion.
When I have contacted the developers I received very quick responses. They seem to be very open to suggestions. I also love the fact that the app keeps getting updates and improving more and more.
