I had the original app, any plan, for almost a year before they we’re forced to develop this as their replacement. The few things that were lacking in the original app have been implemented into this one. They also were generous enough to transfer my credit from the original app into this one voluntarily. As far as I can tell, this is every bit as good as the first one, which I have enjoyed using very much. If you are on the fence about making the purchase, I would say it’s definitely worth the investment.
When AnyPlan was canceled the app creators let us know of the new app and reported that they would honor our prior purchase! Also if you supplied your account number they would also transfer all your data to the new app! They kept their word and have honored the agreement! These 2 things alone makes me a very happy client of this App!
The App itself is the only calendar app I use! With all the bells and whistles it’s hand down one of the best available! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve used some of the several other calendar apps, both free & paid, but find that I use this one the most. I like the layout and options. It also has the ‘agenda’ lay out, which I often use. Wife also likes it.
I was using AnyPlan, predecessor to this app (same company), and was disappointed when I heard Apple bumped them for whatever reason. However, I was able to transfer my premium account to this PlanMore app thru their SAME day customer response (for both wife & me). Overall, seems better than previous app.
This is the third version of the app that I have used. I have been using this app since the first version came out about four years ago. Customer support is top notch! When a new version comes out the always allow a feee upgrade to the new app.
This app has allowed me to completely do away with my personal written planner. It is easy to use, offers numerous customizable views and features, and the calendars all sync great with my Apple Watch.
I highly recommend this app if you need to manage a busy schedule.
I very seldom write reviews, but being of the elderly crowd, I was looking for a planner to log my new life necessities (aka:Dr visits, RX shipments, lab test results). I tried many but over time they failed or could provide answers to questions I had. Then I found AnyPlan, used it for a while and really liked it. So much so I bought the premium ( one time fee,unbelievable). I was then notified that Apple had cancelled that program, which thought they should at least check with people who use it first. Then received a note from the program designer they would switch me over to the new PlanMore program for free. All my AnyPlan data could be switched over too. (This was better than TurboTax free,free,free plan). Anyway if you need a great planner with great contact help, try this app. It is well worth it.

There are multiple views like per month, week, and a schedule view. The weekly view is probably my favorite view which doesn’t come with the free version, so it’s worth getting the premium version of this app in my opinion. The events are connected to your apple calendar, so you can share those with other people, but the tasks and notes are not included there, which is great because I wouldn’t want to share those items. Very easy planner to use and very customizable.
I was a huge fan of AnyPlan (the original version of PlanMore) and was frankly upset when I heard it had been replaced. I had gotten very comfortable with the ease of use, the organized visual display, and the overall functionality of the app. But I shouldn’t have worried. The same developers are in control and have taken the best of AnyPlan and incorporated it into a similar but improved PlanMore app.
As much as I have been amazed at the app itself, the professionalism and responsiveness of the developers in addressing the transfer of data and upgrade to the paid version of PlanMore from AnyPlan is even more appreciated. When you can get both a fabulous functional app and extremely responsive developers, it’s a win that can’t be beat.
I highly recommend the paid version of PlanMore. I had searched for (and paid for) quite a few others until I landed on this one. I’ve looked no further. I’m not related, do not usually leave reviews and am not coerced into writing this review. I just wish I had found it before wasting my time and money on other planners. This one is top notch!
I started with AnyPlan which I found after trying many different similar apps. The app is simple and easily keeps everything in one place. Super user friendly! The only suggestion I have is I would like the ability to have more flexible alert times. Currently there is only 3 options. To get around this, I create an alert in one my calendars where I have the ability to customize the alert time. This isn’t an issue for me, but I can see how it would be an issue for some as it could mean adding a lot of items to a calendar which could be overwhelming. Those who may have previously used a premium version of AnyPlan, I emailed Planmore to update my account expecting not to have anything for at least 24 hours, if not longer. I received a response within 10 minutes telling me everything was updated, and it was!
Easy to use. Visually appealing. Company cares about their premium customers. Can set up a task and subcategories for all you need to do to complete the task. Daily, weekly or monthly views are convenient to switch between them.
Only negative is the phone view over the tablet view—the tablet view is best for weekly or monthly viewing because there is more visual space. However, phone view works great for on the go additions and reminders. Can function purely on cell phone and is mostly how I use the app. Worth it!
For years I have always used a paper planner. I was lost without it. I would track events, make to-do lists, keep random notes all in my paper planner. Finally I decided to switch to digital but was so used to having everything in my planner that it was hard to find an app that allowed me to have it all like I did with my paper planner. About a year ago I found AnyPlan and now just upgraded to Planmore. This app has everything I need in a planner. I love it! And the customer service is great too!
