I have downloaded, purchased, and used many digital planners since Windows 98 days. This one meets all my needs to plan my days and document them. The developers response to messages and requests is timely and polite. The calendars and tasks functions are great. The ability to assign importance to tasks is something I have always wanted in a mobile app. I have looked for decades for something to replace paper planners and I think I have finally found it. Great planner and great support, what else could someone want or need?
I had their old app and just switched to this one (their new one) and was extremely satisfied with the easy customer service that transferred all my things from their old app to this new one! Love the new features in this app. Giving five stars but I really wanted to do more like 4 and a half because I tried to use the new To-Do list feature and I couldn’t easily go and add more to my list later on. I had to go the tasks bar and then add more, but I would prefer to just click under the to-do list on the day of and add right there. Regardless, it’s worth the money for the year subscription because you WILL use it if your a busy person!
Absolutely the best! I found AnyPlan when it came out and fell in love with it. Planmore is the updated, upgraded version with the same great features of AnyPlan with some added enhancements. It operates similarly to a paper day planner, and is laid out in a logical manner. In addition to keeping track of your schedules, appointments and other events, it has an easy to use task feature with reminders. Recurring tasks only have to be entered once, then when the task is completed it automatically adds the next one. There is a robust note taking feature and the ability to categorize the notes. Over the years I have tried other calendar apps, but this is the only one that is worth keeping. A big thanks to the developers for designing this!
I have investigated and used a number of different online planners. This one has everything.
I have to share that I did buy the upgraded version of this as I enjoy the multiple views of the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly calendars. It easily shows the daily tasks that I have along with the schedule for the day. It is everything that a paper calendar / planner would have with the added benefit of being online.
Couldn’t ask for more. Definitely a must have!
I bought the premium version of AnyPlan about a year ago as it’s been the best planner app I’ve ever used. With a clean layout, color-coded tasks, and multiple views, it’s got everything you need to keep track of a busy lifestyle. I was sad to see the removal of the AnyPlan app, but grateful to see the developers’ quick action to create a new and improved replacement. They responded quickly to my emails and got all my data transferred over to Planmore within a day. Truly a superior planner with an excellent development team, well worth the money spent for the premium version.
So I love planning everything! And although I still use a physical planner, having my app helps me with on the go tasks. It has helped me keep up with my bills, meetings, appointments, etc. I love it! I really enjoy the task check off. So I was using AnyPlan but they recently changed to Planmore, so I’m excited to see the new updates!
I also want to mention how good the service is and how fast they are at responding! I appreciate speed, being a stay at home mom! It’s a super plus for me!

I’ve looked for years for a calendar that would replace the boring and drab cell phone calendar apps. Well, I finally found it in the beautiful AnyPlan task oriented calendar. Today, I found out Apple had phased this app out. However, all was not lost. The creators of AnyPlan offered the Pro Plan More to replace the previous purchased app. It was great to see that all my information transferred easily. Also, I would have to say that Pro Plan More app is just as beautiful and helpful if not more than AnyPlan was. The complaint I had with AnyPlan was the task colors faded with the background and were never very bright. This app takes it up several notches where the colors are really bright. I love it. I recommended AnyPlan and now I have the privilege of recommending PlanMore for all your calendar app needs. Enjoy!
First off, paper planners never worked for me. I could never stick with it. Who wants to carry around a bulky planner anyway. I would always run out of room to write things. Even the fancier ones were difficult to customize. Reoccurring tasks…who wants to write things in a planner a bazillion times?! I liked using the calendar and reminders on my phone much better because I could move things around with ease, and let’s be honest, a paper planner is only helpful if you look at it, so having phone notifications are a godsend. Anyway, it was better, but then I came across the developer’s previous app AnyPlan and fell in love with having everything in one place. I had a simple suggestion to make it better and the developers got right back to me. Unfortunately the AnyPlan app was no longer but they directed me to their new app Planmore and I downloaded it. Set up looks similar at first, with the addition of the year tab, but the biggest change I noticed is when I clicked on settings. Aside from having to relearn how to do everything, and the pain of transferring all the tasks and notes over, I now like it even better. I love the addition of the sub tasks too. To be honest, transferring everything over really just gave me the opportunity to customize everything even further. Couldn’t be happier.
I originally subscribed to AnyPlan and liked it. When Planmore came along I was very pleased that the transition was so simple. I was able to transfer everything seamlessly and quickly. I fine I like Planmore better because it is brighter, easier to use, and easier to read. One small suggestion I might make is to expand the options for repeating events so I can schedule an event for every second Tuesday, etc. It’s a small thing…it would just be nice. But, great app! It’s the best calendar app I found!
I had the app the was phased out, however I was alerted to that fact through a note from the developer that was posted on my calendar. Thankful (but also made me question some things) for the information and instructions about how to access the new app and the option to upgrade in the new app. I loved the calendar and it’s features. If they to add a nag alarm (like CalAlarm has) and the option to have different default alert times for each calendar plus keep the current features it would be perfect!
