Rent due is higher than advertised rates
Predatory Corporation that owns residential homes. Unlike other property management companies in this area this company believes they can advertise their rent $200 to $400 less than what they will tell you is due. They have a company called con service where they bill you for water but never tell you how much you use. This is not an optional service they force you to pay for a delivery service to send air filters. This is not an optional fee they force us to pay for smart, home features, and to carry Internet packages to enable their ring doorbells and fancy code front doors this is not optional fees. These are mandatory fees that can increase your rent rate anywhere from $200-$400 a month and they do not pay for pest control like other companies. They do not pay for lawn or pool services like other companies they do not allow you to pay for your own pool service. You must use their approved vendors. i put in the wrong address once bc i had just moved and they wouldn’t allow me to change it. It took hours before they told me to just make a new account and didn’t help me fix the last one.Daeron T

The absolute worst company to rent from! They charge you fees for every little thing the house is basically made out of wood! Cheapest material! When something needs to be fixed they wait weeks. Currently trying to get our floors replaced after they ripped them up with no plan in action to replace the floor! Have small children in my home who is getting sick from all the dust that’s coming up from the concrete! DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!Show lessjivjg c mmiv

Man with a heavy accent told me I have to download the app to tour a home. Then told me me I needed to enter my email address and create a password for a code. Like why can’t you give me a code on your end. They are really taking advantage of people needing a home.Cami cola

Took my money, moved in and then the police showed up the next day saying my lease was fake and I had to move out in 3 days!! They advertise homes and give you a fake lease, take your money and then call the cops saying they never signed a lease with you and that someone else scammed you. ALL LIESGTLatte

The communication is horrible with them. I applied was approved and was up and ready to go. I put in my 30 days notice where I’m currently living . They will let you apply for a home when someone is still living in there which I don’t understand. The person that was still living in the home decided not to move out and that left me and my kids homeless they don’t offer a back up option. Then they will hound you to pay the deposit for things not to go as promised. On top of those ridiculous fees their adding on.Show lessMochaaloveee
