Wasted so much time on this app that’s supposed to be “hassle free”. Homes listed on here are not even actually available. Called customer service over the web version of IH & he was no help, he said download the app to make it easier. Nothing was easy , account didn’t store twice & they’re pushy on applying but won’t let you see the home they want the money for.Show lessBoo u horse

Worst landlord/ slumlord corporation -allowed in Placer county. After living through a kitchen renovation exposing us to black mold, Invitation Homes had the vendor Re-install the existing 30 year old cabinets with water damage back into the kitchen as best as they could given the cheap labor. And now the water from the kitchen is brown. Tired of taking off work to be available for repairs to this home. And they’re illegally charging against County ORDINANCES for water, sewer, & trash - but can’t afford attorneys taking off work for REPAIRSShow lessVon Pryde

They’ll collect your rent Abe never perform the appropriate repairs. The pool has leaked 6 feet - yes FEET of water into the foundation causing the floors to rise and buckle he cabinets, but after the 7th repair person - no one can get it fixed because invitation homes won’t approve the work orders looking for cheaper labor. Too many extra fees and expenses from other home rental companies. Protect yourselves! We Do NOT recommend this company, their properties, OR required Apps. If there were ANY other comparable homes in this town, we would move ASAP. New floors coming apart, access for rodents not addressed until 3 months after move in, brand new pool leaked 3 foot of water out (we have to pay the water bill they illegally bill us through “Con”service), and the pool cleaning company keeps charging us for “cleaning” the pool. We’ve been calling over 5 weeks to get this resolved with no success.Show lessDeveloper Response
