someone in the name of martin toured us with a tour thru app don’t trust it !!! They will ask for everything and scam u and this company does not care don’t DO IT , they can tour and apply thru app and scammer has access to do Soo we were scammed don’t apply to these apartments , at ur risk but it’s all a scam this app and rentals they have listed look on Zillow for verified !!!Show lessGarcia.itz
Worst agency
I wish there was an option of Zero rating. This is the worst company you can ever use. They do double charge on utilities, they don’t care about customers, when you call to talk to their customer service guys no one is gonna help you. So unprofessional. Try them at your own riskLThan2003
Feels like a scam
Upon move-in the house was disgusting, smelly, & dirty, and they billed additionally for services often included in advertised rent rates. Their “mandatory” services increased the rent over $700 from the advertised rate - services typically covered by the owner/ property manager.Von Pryde

The app is a joke, the house was disgusting, smelly, & dirty upon move in, and they force you to pay to use “smart home” features typically free 😳scammers
I made an application and they approved it, then I paid the down payment and after having paid the downpayment they canceled the application. They are thieves who only stole my money.Kguardado
