As long as you don’t need open loop customer care, you will be ok.
I’ve enjoyed Everlywell for the last year until about six weeks ago there was an issue and after a dozen calls, no one could fix it— so sadly, all I could do was leave. I wonder if this has been bought out by a mediocre company. I no longer have faith in what they say because I was lied to so many times in a row. As long as you don’t need the open loop customer care team, you will probably be ok.Developer Response

I deeply regret signing up for their services. Their customer service is minimal, consisting of email-only communications and being handed off to person after person who can’t help you. This is the worst kind of tech company. I wish I had read other company reviews before purchasing. Never again!
UPDATE: The dev response is to call their customer support. I’ve been through this several times already. Calling customer support is useless and your message will be forwarded to a team who will then send emails using boilerplate language and no actual support. Don’t make my mistake!Developer Response
