    I love this online pilates studio! Callie is a great instructor. She focuses on listening to your body everyday and provides affirmations throughout each video. She also does monthly challenges within the app and always makes sure to focus on your mental health! I love this community and am so grateful I found her.

  • Worth it!

    Been wanting to try Pilates and exercising with my cycle since recently diagnosed with PCOS. Found this on instagram, decided to try the free month, and I’ve been LOVING it!! It’s the only workout routine I’ve been able to consistently follow. And very affordable

    Callie, I started by listening to your podcast on Spotify (back when it was the sweaty sesh 😉) and have been with you through your journey of creating this wonderful Pilates studio! I joined and did Pilates every day this summer! Your energy in the live workouts and in the recorded workouts on the app is so motivating and inspiring!! I love how there are different workout plans you can follow, including a weekly plan Callie makes, and cycle syncing!!

    I can’t wait to get back into Pilates for the meet year!

    As an OG who invested in the sweaty studio when it was first launched, I have 0 regrets!! I absolutely love all of Callie’s workouts! Her challenges help me stay motivated & I LOVE how she uses healthy, affirming words during each workout. The absolute BEST online pilates studio!!! Definitely a dedicated sweaty studio member for life!!

  • Falling in Love with Fitness!

    Callie is so positive! She really makes me believe in myself and believe that I am strong enough to continue the workouts. I discovered her on YouTube, but I love having the workouts on the app!

    I really like her app. I had been wanting to sync my cycle with my workouts and I could not find very many workout videos for it. Then I found Callie and her workouts. 😊I love that she has a section for that. She also has weekly workouts that you can do which I like. Definitely worth the money. 👍🏼

    Callie is my new favorite fitness instructor and I just can’t get enough of her workouts!! I constantly go back to her workouts…they just feel GOOD! The app shows weekly schedules and cycle syncing workout ideas which totally takes the guess work out of things. Love love love.

    The workouts are easy and fun but also challenging. It makes working out fun!
  • So many options!

    What I love about this app is not only that it’s SO easy to navigate, but there are so many options based on what you need! There are options to sync with your cycle, options for beginners, options to target certain areas of your body, etc. There are even options for quicker workouts if you don’t have as much time one day! I love how positive the app is and welcoming to anyone who wants to try out pilates!

    Ever since I’ve been following Callie Jardines’ Pilate workouts since early august ,I have been obsessed ever since with what it’s made not only my body to look like but how my mind feels as well
