    I love working out with Cal! She makes Pilates fun and easy. The app is so easy to navigate. If you’re wanting to try Pilates, this is a great way to start.

    I am currently on the final week (week four) of the December Hustle Challenge and I can honestly say this is the most consistent I’ve been with any workout schedule. I had never tried pilates before, but I have fallen in love with it since.

    Through the monthly challenges Callie, the fabulous instructor, provides a variety of guided pilates workouts for you to try, ranging from 10 to 30 minute sessions. If your not motivated by a set schedule, the Sweaty Studio also offers a range of prerecorded classes that you can choose from.

    I leave each workout feeling stronger and proud of what I’m doing for my health and well-being. That’s all thanks to Callie and the fulfilling affirmations she provide throughout each workout!

    I would definitely recommend the Sweaty Studio!

    I have struggled with regulating my hormones and love that she has workouts for each phase of my cycle! The app is super easy to use also!

    no only is the app super easy to use and has a wide variety of videos wether your advanced or a beginner, you can use the app anywhere! Sweaty studio is lead by a great instructor who is always positive and will keep you motivated! The community she has created is amazing and she is always available to ask questions and have live sessions every week! if your thinking about downloading an app for pilates stop and download sweaty studio right now!

  • Callie is Breath of Fresh air after YEARS of Diet culture!

    I can not speak more highly of this app/Callie’s workouts. I quit ballet after high school and really struggled staying consistent with exercise or viewing my body well through the last few years since I have been at college. In 2022, I realized how bad my body image was and that I had serious issues left over from the ballet world. I discovered cycle syncing and more holistic health, but I kind of left exercise all together because I hadn’t found anyone that wasn’t focused on results or changing how I looked. CALLIE IS IT. I first found her on YouTube and Instagram, and fell in love with her content as something that encourages me to be consistent and move my body because I’m taking care of myself. I recently have tried the app and it has helped me nourish and take care of my feminine body, not stress it out all the time. Content is beautiful and so well organized! Love the cycle syncing suggestions! Feeling better than I ever have! Staying Consistent! Feeling strong and feminine!!!

    Callie is such an awesome instructor! With the app you can navigate to different workouts with ease and see the weekly schedule or follow your own. She has made me fall in love with working out again.

    For most of my life, I almost never worked out regularly. I’d go to the gym every once in awhile, play sports at the park, but it was never intentional or a habit— until I got the Sweaty Studio. Since doing Callie’s workouts on YouTube, on her website, and now on the app I workout 4-5x a week and I have never felt so good.

    These workouts are great! Highly recommend.
