  • Perfect for Beginners!

    I’m not very athletic, and I have very little motivation to work out. But the weekly schedule and the positive self talk makes it so much easier to workout. I also love how the videos ranges from 5 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the amount of spare time you have.

    I’ve tried dozens of wellness apps but none compare to sweaty studio. I’m obsessed w the quickies workouts and cycle syncing videos. The programs are extremely helpful for consistency as well!

    Callie is an amazing instructor. She motivates you during the workouts. I was struggling to find a workout that I looked forward to. Sweaty Studio has transformed my fitness routine.
  • Quick and Easy Scheduled Workouts

    Helps keep me on track with my fitness goals and keeps mental health in good spirits! I started by watching her YouTube videos and have followed along through instagram all year. She doesn’t sugar coat the workouts - gives accurate description if a workout is going to burn or be a quick and easy workout to knockout. Can’t wait to keep using and achieving my goals throughout the year!

  • The best workouts!

    Where do I even begin! I have been completing Callie’s workouts since summer 2021 and joined The Sweaty Studio when the app first launched last year and it has been life-changing. I have, for once in my life, been able to stay consistent and complete regular workouts thanks to the weekly schedule that comes alongside sweaty studio. Callie is a superb teacher and I came into pilates knowing absolutely nothing about it, but she is a brilliant teacher and guides you through each move so nothing is unknown. There is an amazing community within the sweaty studio with the live classes and group chats and I feel so happy to have discovered this app! I couldn’t recommend it enough to new members. If you are thinking about taking the plunge with pilates, even as a total beginner - this is your sign! You won’t regret it ⭐️❤️

  • Life-changing

    Callie has transformed my life. A few months ago, I found Callie on my Tik Tok fyp. I’ve had trouble building a consistent workout schedule with exercises that I love doing. The Sweaty Studio has everything organized by time, level, and has even introduced me to cycle syncing. Her weekly schedules and emails have helped me so much. I’m excited to continue my workout journey into 2023. Thank you!

  • Love Pilates!!

    This app has transformed the way I work out! I found that I can make more progress with less intense Pilates workouts than trying to run miles and miles and not seeing progress. Callie has made it so attainable and the weekly emails motivate me to get going! I have a found a new strength in myself through Pilates and it has become one of my favorite parts of the day 🤍🤍
