Horrible app
I’ve had this app for well over a year now. I’ve talked to an agent and cancelled through multiple reverted calls. I just got a bill for not able to process for the month when I’ve clearly cancelled! Don’t use this app!

We are unable to locate your membership with the information provided. Members have two main methods to cancel their services. This can be done by calling our U.S.-based customer care team during business hours, or, where available, clicking the cancel button from the member dashboard. Call our Customer Care Center at 877-875-4347 for assistance.
